Sprawled out on the green lawn, the handsome blonde cast his eyes to the sky. As they flicked about taking in the sights, a bead of sweat soon appeared as he heard a noise he hated - the sound of freshmen coming to the school. Eyebrow twitching and a scowl coming onto his face, his body shot up as he glanced about. However where they making this much noise, he questioned to himself.

Rather than taking it as a cue to get up and do his job, Aiden went back to relaxing. His body was making a nice indent in the tall grass (it was about three inches tall) and it seemed so right. At peace, Aiden dared to close his eyes, but that only lasted for a moment as he heard the sound of heels clicking on the cobblestone path.

Again, he sat up and allowed his eyes to adjust to the scene before him. There were gorgeous flowers surrounding his body. Reds, blues, violets, yellows, oranges, if you could think of a color, it was probably there. Aiden was a sucker for roses and lilies, which, to his strategic planning, were on his left and right, respectively.

Folding his legs beneath him, his now shaded eyes (he slipped his sunglasses on) twisted toward the direction of an underclassmen. Although they weren't a first year, they were still way below his level.

"Yo," was all he managed to get out. He really wasn't in the mood for any ideal chit chat. The morning was too peaceful to ruin with the informal talks that would eventually dot his afternoon and evening. Rolling his eyes, he flopped back into the outline he had just created with the weight of his body.

  2. Characters in this post:
*A seven foot three girl with fiery razor cut locks and burning carnelian eyes entered the garden, crossing her arms in contempt for the male laying in the grass. It was clear from first glance that he was one of those indolent upperclassmen who were all pompous because of their status, but he wasn't too bad looking so she'd be keeping an eye on him. That didn't mean she'd be falling for his edgy jerk ways though....*

I guess a layabout like you wouldn't know where the Shape-shifter dorm is, would you?

  3. Characters in this post:
His golden-green eyes darted over to the woman before him. She seemed frail and innocent. It would be a shame if she lost all that purity in one hour of her arrival. Zipping his mind so that his perverse ways wouldn't frighten the lass, he took a stance beside her. Back arched out some and arms folded over his chest, he smirked.

"The name's Aiden DeKay. I'm the Student Head of the Alchemist House. Allow me the honor of showing you to your quarters. Although, it is a shame this beautiful morning must be wasted on packing and other boring things. Might I interest you in a small stroll around the garden before we seek our your room?"

A slick talker like himself would surely get any woman to do as he suggested. With that grin painted so flawlessly on his slender face, it only enhanced the persuasion attempt. The wind kicked up his hair and tossed it about some, but even that didn't hinder his handsome demeanor. Those golden strands of hair were perfect even when out of place. The shades that veiled his pear-colored eyes were a nice tie-in with his current dark attire. Black pants donned his lower half and a white button up hid his sexy stomach. A black vest and a matching black tie dolled him out, making the male sharp as hell.

"What might you shift into, my love? Perhaps a dove or maybe an angel?" he was really laying the charm on thick. It might have had something do with the fact that he was a bit hungover from the night's bar hopping experience.

  4. Characters in this post:
*Ember smirked at the male as he attempted to charm her, reacting with contemptuous flick of her hair. One couldn't live on the streets as long as she had without having to deal with the advances of men like him, and she was one of those girls who could fend for herself.*

Sorry lover boy, but I want to settle in before I do any sight seeing. Not to mention that I have a pretty strict rule about fully trusting men I have just met. I'm not one of those wide-eyed and dazed girls that you are used to seeing, so keep that in mind. I'm a fighter first and a lover second, but that's not to say that I would say no to getting to know you better once I'm settled in...

*She gave him a sly wink before removing her cloak and unfurling her wings, wanting to let him know she was interested but wouldn't fall for any of that player crap. She had standards that wouldn't change for anyone, not even somebody as attractive as Aiden. She wasn't as innocent as she had been when she was abandoned at seven, after all.*

I take a variety of avian forms, but I prefer to stick to Phoenixes, sparrows, and mockingbirds. Maybe I'll show you someday if you play your cards right....

  5. Characters in this post:
"Tch, calling me like you see me. Bold move, miss. But, seeing as you have no interest in wandering around with little ol' me, I see no point in wasting either of our times. Allow me to escort you to your dormitory."

Snapping his fingers, a small flame sparked at his tips. Hovering there for a second, the male blew it out before turning to Ember. "I would very much like to see this phoenix form. Like you, I am of fire. I knew there was a reason I was taking a liking to you. Whoever would have guess our element would have united us in such a way." Stepping ahead of her, he pointed to the castle academy. He beckoned that she follow, but he wasn't walking fast enough that he could vanish on her. No, he actually decided to saunter rather than do his usually hastened walk.

"Right this way, if you please." Aiden spoke to her in a very so-so manner. He wasn't be rude, but he wasn't be super polite either.

[[This post shall be continued over here.]]

  6. Characters in this post:
Wandering innocently through the garden, Levi picked at a few flowers that had sprung up here and there. He had no real plan, but he did like the idea of making a nice bouquet of flowers and handing them off to the first woman that crossed his path.

Adding a rose or two, he sat down on the wooden bench and started up at the rising sun. His maroon hair masked his eyes some, but it didn't really shade them that much. With a content face on, Levi popped his iPod into his ears and listened to the music. It swallowed him whole, and he loved it.

"You try your hardest to perfect your explanations..." he sang along with the song.

  7. Characters in this post:
*Ember strides into the garden, a bit frustrated with Tristan. The Guard tended to ruin everything for her when she was trying to be social with other people and it just kept getting worse! He seemed to think that everyone had the potential to abandon her like her parents had seemed to.

She then sat on a bench, shutting her eyes. She needed the fresh air...*

    Stupid Tristan...

  8. Characters in this post:
    "Something wrong, miss?"

Rising from the bench that was to the backside of her own, Levi walked around and extended a handful of flowers in Ember's direction. A sincere smile was on his face as his eyes closed to mimic the friendly expression.

"I couldn't help but notice your sad face. You'll have to forgive me for my rudeness. I'm usually not one to meddle in the business of others, but since the damage has been done, I see no harm in it."

His pale eyes opened as he gazed about to notice the flowers were still in his hand. Laughing, he plopped them in her lap, but not before he removed a small rose bud. Peeling back the petals, he leaned forward and adorned her fiery hair with the yellow flower.

Laughing once again, he rocked back onto his heels before shoving his hands in his pocket. "You must be new. I'm Levi." Grinning from ear to ear, Ember would immediately pick up that this man was nothing like Aiden. Although both were popular and charming, Levi seemed to have a more welcoming warmth to him. And, unlike Aiden, he wasn't an ass. He was just a bold guy who had an air of confidence. Aiden was a cocky bastard who used people to his own pleasure. As probably noted, both were deemed 'the hotties of the school.'

  9. Characters in this post:
*Ember opened her eyes, slowly looking up at the man who approached her holding flowers. Never before had somebody been so kind to her and asked what was wrong, so she was incredibly shocked at this male's behavior. As she took in his pale red eyes and rust colored hair her heart started to pound, her marks glowing brighter than they had with Aiden.*

It's nothing. I just had a fight with my Guard Tristan about some sixth year I have a date with tonight, mostly because the latter seems like one of those jerks who play all the girls to get what they want. I'll probably just cancel the outing though....he wasn't as gentlemanly to me as you just were, to tell you the truth.

*She smiled gently as she inhaled the flowers' sweet aroma, tucking a piece of her hair behind her right ear.*

Nice to meet you...the name is Ember West.

  10. Characters in this post:
"I'm going to assume this male you speak of is Aiden DeKay, yes? If so, pay him not attention. As you predicted, he is just out to flirt with girls. I'm pretty sure he just toys with them and does what he pleases. I've yet to see him actually show true affection for a person, aside from himself."

Biting his tongue, he frowned. Levi hated talking about someone behind their backs, but he dismissed the thought when he realized it was Aiden. Aiden, the very man that would mock anyone in a heartbeat. He, for the most part, didn't believe the man was capable of loving anyone other than himself.

"This Tristan person seems to be quite the issue, but I wouldn't let that ruin your plans. A man will do as he must to protect those he cares deeply about. Guard or not, this Tristan man is wise to keep a wary eye on Aiden. If I know him, he's schmoozing up to another woman right now. He thinks with his dick, not his heart."

There was still a small on his slender face as he took a seat beside her. Folding his legs underneath one another so he was sitting cross-legged on the bench, Levi plopped his chin in his upward facing palm. His elbow was balancing on his knee as he looked up at the woman.

"Levi Crimson. It's a pleasure to meet you, Ember." Bowing his head, he picked up her dainty hand and placed a light kiss on it. "I should probably add that I'm similar to Aiden, in a way. Only, I actually like to get to know the girls I plan on dating. He just whores himself out. I only date those I deem worthy."

  11. Characters in this post:
*Ember nodded slowly, blushing. She was quite glad now that Tristan had warned her about the type of guy Aiden was, but still upset with herself for nearly falling for the latter's charms. She was supposed to be better than that.*

Tristan is not exactly a person, he's like the Daemons in the His Dark Materials book series. You know, a corporeal form of my soul...but wiser. It's quite hard to explain, actually.

*She laughed softly as she flicked back her hair, knowing that most things in her sort of life were unable to be explained to people who didn't really know.*

He's always protected me to the best of his ability, even when we were kids. It's been just us since we were seven and possibly abandoned. If he wasn't taking his anger out on Aiden right now he would probably like him because he is such a good judge of character, one of us has to be.

*She went completely crimson at his touch, her marks lighting up her carnelian eyes with delight.*
Maybe I could hang out with you instead, then. I'm my 18th birthday and I don't want to be alone...

  12. Characters in this post:
Taking in everything she said, Levi's face had quite the series of changes. At first it was perplexed, then confused. After that is was cheery, which then fell to a state of embarrassment.

"I'm always up for hanging out. Thank god I'm not a sixth year. I can't imagine not having a life. I feel like those sixth year students are always working so hard to make sure everyone is happy. Once school starts up, Aiden will become an even worse monster. Just try to avoid him. He'll eventually get the hint. He and I are rivals. Neither of us like one another and everyone knows this."

Resting his back up against the seat, Levi drifted into a thinking state. He wondered just what she meant when she said she didn't want to be alone for her eighteenth birthday. If she was looking to lose her V-card, Aiden would be the one to go to. Levi, still being a virgin, wasn't that kind of man. He wouldn't just screw anyone he pleased. Although he was tempted to get into a physical relationship with another student last year, Levi ended up declining the idea and actually broke things off. To him, it just didn't feel right.

"If you're free and if I'm not swamped with homework, maybe I can take you downtown for your birthday. I'd love to have the honors of being your birthday buddy."

  13. Characters in this post:
*Ember laughed softly, pushing a hand through her hair. She could tell from the male's face that he thought she wanted somebody to sleep with her tonight, when she was thinking something entirely different.*

I don't want to be alone for my birthday because Tristan and I have spent that day by ourselves for the past ten or so years, and I really just want to have another companion for once. I'm not the type of girl who sleeps with men I've just met and even the most causal touch makes me feel uncomfortable, so do not think otherwise. I only commit to people who commit to me, period. I won't play games to get what I want.
*She blushes a little, putting a hand over her heart.*
"Do you believe in true love?"

  14. Characters in this post:
His brows wrinkled at her question. His head shook before his lips moved. "I'm afraid not. True love seems too much like a fairy tale to me. I believe in love and everything it stands for, but the idea of true love... it sounds too... well, it sounds like it'll just led to a disappointing life. I don't want my love life to be perfect. I want their to be fights and I want us to quarrel over the little things like what to name a child and where he or she should go to school."

Looking at her hands, Levi smirked. Taking them into his own hands, he smiled. "Who am I to turn down your birthday wish? I would be more than delighted to spend the evening with you. I'm thrilled you're not the kind of woman to 'whore' herself off to the men. I respect that quality. Keeping yourself green and pure so that you can present it as a gift to your future spouse. It's what I plan on doing. Thus far, it's been a success." With a reassuring smile, Levi leaned in and planted a soft peck on her cheek.

"You'll have to forgive me. I'm the clingy type of guy who does enjoy touching and feeling. Erm, but nothing more than holding hands or kisses!" Laughing sheepishly, Levi rose to his feet and directed his attention to the towering castle that was their school. "Hmmm, it's getting late. Perhaps we should wander to the dining hall. The others will soon be filed in their so the meeting can start."

  15. Characters in this post:
*Ember blushed like mad when the male touched her, her marks glowing brightly as her heart started to beat faster. She was definitely in love with this male and she was glad it was him instead of Aiden. She was never the type to be just another number to a guy...*

I think I could stand having you touch me since you are not the type to hurt a lady, as long as you do not mind that I blush when you do. I think it's too bad since you do not believe in true love, but I did not mean true as in perfect. My definition of true love is the one special person who makes your heart race even at your first meeting, the one who you would fight for against all odds despite any quarrels you have with them.

*She sighed heavily as he looked at the castle. She really did not want to be in a crowd of people right now because she was afraid she wouldn't be accepted.*

Alright. Let me just put on some makeup to hide my marks, ok? I do not want to be the seven foot tall freak with the glowing skin, and it is not because I am vain. I just prefer to let people adjust to what I look like first. I suppose we have to eat in separate tables because you are in another house....

  16. Characters in this post:
"That's good to know," he said with a laugh. "I don't mind the blushing. I think it's adorable when girls do that. But you can't tell anyone I said that. They might think I've grown soft or something. Ha ha." When she told him of her definition of true love, Levi could only grin. She lived such an innocent life and it seemed as though she had been alone throughout her life. Levi knew the feeling she spoke of, but he also knew it was a hard feeling to keep. It seemed like things always went wrong for him.

"That does sound nice, your definition of love, that is." Twiddling his thumbs, the red-haired male frowned. "I don't think you need to mask your appearance. Everyone will understand. You need to remember, you're among your own kind now. You no longer have to worry. I'm sure everyone will marvel at your natural beauty. I know I do." The last part was completed with a blush.

  17. Characters in this post:
*Ember laughed, standing up and holding his hand gently. His confession made her feel all the more at ease with him because he seemed to trust her, and she thought this made him the most charming man she had ever met.*

I promise I won't tell anyone...I'd hate for you to look bad in front of the other guys just because you are so incredibly sweet. I really like that in a guy, you know. So few actually know what chivalry is any more that you are quite refreshing.

*She rubbed her neck nervously when he frowned at her, not liking that he was disappointed in her. It was just that she found it difficult to hide her emotions when her marks displayed them so openly, like a blush that was always there.

She smiled softly when Levi called her beautiful, leaning in and kissing him softly on the lips. Her marks turned a beautiful deep red as she did, her hair and eyes turning to a flirtatious pink.*

Sorry if that made you uncomfortable, but nobody has said such a thing to me and made me feel like I truly belonged....
Sorry if that made you uncom

  18. Characters in this post:
A frown played on his face as he looked away from Ember. "I... I... I have to go," turning away from her, the maroon haired male took off running. He didn't care if she could catch up to him. He would just continue to run away and hide until he was away from her. When he was finally down a twisted path in the garden (he had gotten himself lost), he rested his legs by taking a seat up against a hedge.

Why did she do that... It was all he could think about. He was actually a bit upset at how he handled things. Running away. Since when did that leave a good impression on the lips of someone. Although he felt bad, Levi knew it was the right action at the time. He wanted to get away from her. She was falling for him and too fast at that. He wasn't the type of guy to swoon over such things and he wasn't the kind of man that would let a woman fall instantly in love with him.

There are so many things about me that you don't know. You might find out that I'm not that perfect little magician that you think I am. His sad eyes looked down at the flowers that surrounded him. I hope she just leaves me alone....

  19. Characters in this post:
*Ember scowled as he fled, snapping out her wings and taking to the air. She then waited a few minutes before following him, easily spotting him because of his red hair. As she landed next to him she realized that it may have been a bad decision to go after him, but she had to make sure he was ok.*

I'm SO sorry about kissing you, it was a spur of the moment mistake. It's a Phoenix thing...we sort of go crazy when we see a potential mate. Mate meaning the equivalent of a human spouse, of course. I totally have it under control now, see?

*She concentrated, her eyes, marks, and hair turning to their natural colors.*

I truly hope I have not ruined being friends with you or even later having a relationship. I'm usually not that type of girl, I promise. I am usually more careful.....

  20. Characters in this post:
His dull eyes turned up and met with hers. A ghostly expression was on his face as he looked up at her. "I'm sorry, Ember. But I can't do this. Not now. You'll have to find someone else. I just got out of a relationship and I'm not looking to get back into one. The first one hurt too much. It'll take some time before these wounds will heal. So please, please just stay away from me."

His eyes dropped to his shoes as he did his best to ignore the woman beside him. He felt terrible doing this to her, but he refused to fall in love with someone he just met. Up until recently, Levi was a taken man. He was as happy as could be and so in love with the woman that he believed was his dream girl. When that world shattered, Levi found out some ugly truths and decided that he would not pursue love.

It was then that he heard another set of footsteps. Paying no attention to them, the magician just continued staring at the ground.

"Well, well, well. This is quite the sight." His arms landed on his hips. Aiden allowed a laugh to emerge, which caused Levi to flinch. "Get up, Remmington."

"Come on, Aiden. You know me better than that" he muttered under his breath.

"I suppose that explains why you're cowering in the fetal position..." reaching out a hand, Aiden pulled Levi to his feet. "You're an odd one, you know this, right?"

    "What's it matter," Levi moped.

"Tch, forget it. You're not even worth my time. Go ahead, be a whiny little emo kid." Pushing himself away from the redhead, Aiden shot Ember a glance before he took off toward the alchemist layer. Losers. I hope you enjoy your pick, Ember. Levi's not all that charming. He's got a pretty nasty sour side. You were better off sticking with me. At least I'm steady.

  21. Characters in this post:
I'm not ready for a relationship right now myself, all I want is a friend. I'm very vulnerable at this point because my this is not only the day of my birth, but also the day my parents abandoned me.

*Ember narrowed her eyes at the male now, her marks and eyes glowing a violent blood red as her hair turned to pure flame. Her body began to tremble with unbridled rage before becoming engulfed in a flash of blinding light and when it faded, her true form was revealed. What she had become was a massive fiery avian with a twenty foot wingspan and eyes that scorched the soul...a being so twisted by desertion that it had lost its sense of reasoning and forgiveness. She then spread her wings wide, created a vortex the two of them so Levi could not escape again.*

Am I so undesirable that nobody will stay by my sense for longer than a brief period of time?

  22. Characters in this post:
    [[Character come from here ]]

John came running from the Magican Mansion to stop Aidan from beating up another guy. He passed across the garden, trees and flowers passing by his view. He didn't take much notice of his surroundings Aidan then went deep in the garden. He saw two persons in the distance, a red haired man and a tall woman. Aidan got up to the male but after they exchanged a few words he turned to leave. By this time John had almost caught up. However as Aidan begun walking towards him he came to a halt, looking at the scene with a confused expression. He had expected a argument or even a fight. He then shrugged, guess it had solved itself. As he told himself before, it wasn't his fight and he shouldn't have gone into it.

He watched as Aidan begun to walk away but then something happened in the distance. The girl changed into a big bird, which he recognized as a Phoenix. Then a vortex of flames surrounded that persons off in the distance. John went subconsciously into a defensive stance and took a quick step back and just stared. Besides the little magic he had seen his mother use, which was rather simple spells, and his own magic, he hadn't seen anything else. It gave him a funny feeling, like a combination of fear and excitement.

[[ Post continued from here ]]

*Tristan shot through the flames, incredibly grateful that he's fireproof. Ember tended to have melt downs like this when she got overly emotional and every time she did fire was involved. He then landed on Ember's shoulder, nuzzling her to put her at ease.*

"Ember it's alright, just calm down. You don't need to hurt anybody to protect yourself from abandonment, so stop before you do. Take a deep breath and go back to your room...."

*He then turns to Levi, tilting his head gently and cawing. He did not want the male to be panicked and cause Ember to be even more distressed.*

"Try not to make any sudden moves or use your magic against her. She is only trying to keep you from fleeing from her using her fire defensively, but upset her any more and she will hurt you....

  24. Characters in this post:
As Ember burst into a flaming bird, his eyes lightened up. It was almost as if her burning emotions had opened his eyes and sent the darkness reeling away. He knew the pain she felt as he had felt it himself. Although, his pain was of a different nature, it was pain nonetheless.

Taking a firm step forward, Levi peered up at the fiery beast. His eyes burned with a passion unlike any other. For the most part, Levi was a kind and respectful student. He was loved by all and didn't have any real enemies. To most, he was just a nice guy who was a little too flirty at times. Had anyone actually dared to get to know him and understand his stories, they would have found that Levi was living a pretty eventful life. So his parents didn't die, but his life was not without agony and suffering.

His maroon eyes landed on Tristan. Looking the hawk-like fiend over, his eyes drifted to Aiden. To his surprise, the male was standing between this other kid and the heated bird. I wonder if he is shielding this kid. If so, I'm impressed. Perhaps he has a heart after all. It was then when a smile finally came onto his face.

"Aiden, I think you're letting you true colors show."he had to say something. It was too good an opportunity to pass up.

Rolling his eyes, he flicked the male off before stomping forward to greet John, again. "Let's get you out of here. There's no point getting you involved in this little ordeal. Why don't I show you around?" His hand landed on the male's shoulder and, as it did, a smile appeared on his face. "You can thank me later. I absorbed the fire's blast, so your hair wasn't burned off. Ha! The power of fire. So glad it's my element or we'd all look and smell like burnt toast!"

As he walked away, he glanced over his shoulder one last time. It's up to you now, Levi.

Levi nodded as if he heard the male talking to him. His head jumped back to Ember. Looking her over, the redhead dropped to one of his knees. His first was on the earth and it was used to keep him balanced. Head bowed and eyes focused on the earth below, he spoke in a sincere tone.

"I am sorry if I offended you, Ember. I just don't want to go rushing into anything. Love has burned me once and I don't want to get hurt by it again. I would much rather take things slow and let the wind move us through our actions. It would be less romantic, but it would be real. Please, understand. I don't mean to leave you alone. I just don't want to be pressured into getting emotionally attached at sure a premature stage. I would rather get to know you before I return a kiss."

  25. Characters in this post:
*Ember nodded towards Tristan, slowly morphing back into her humanoid form except for the feathers. She then blushed deeply and pulled her cloak around herself. Her marks glowed a bright red as she made the vortex disappear, fastening her cloak tighter so she would be more comfortable.*

I did not mean to pressure you, I was just too overcome with my emotions. Please do accept my apology about that and do know that I also want to get to know each other better before we even consider being romantic with each other. I really don't want either of us to get hurt....

*She smiles softly at him before turning and walking towards towards her dorm to get dressed before anybody realized her clothes hadn't morphed back with her*
I probably won't see you at dinner or anytime later tonight, I'll be spending the rest of the day locked in my room. My powers tend to be unpredictable on my birthday and on the Summer Solstice and I rather spend that time by myself to avoid any emotions that may trigger any problems with them.

*Tristan shifts back into his own humanoid form, wrapping an arm around Ember's shoulder as they hurry back towards the shapeshifter dorm.*

"Have a good night Levi. We'll possibly see you tomorrow when we are a little more emotionally stable and have figured out how to socialize properly, so do not worry about us."

*He smiled back at the male, finally approving of him.*

    [[They are going here.]]

  26. Characters in this post:
John looked at the vortex of fire and blinked at the shapeshifter he had seen before flew right through the flames. He got a thoughtful expression as he pondered if he had been wrong earlier. If the shapeshifter was unaffected by the flames, maybe it wasn't a shapeshifer or not one he had ever heard of before. He went back to reality as the red haired guy shouted something mocking to Aiden. It wasn't the words that was mocking it was the way. John listened to what Aiden said with some disbelief. He figured he had been too far away to get affected. Still, his knowledge of the arcane arts was limited so perhaps the older man was right.

"Alright. My elements are water and earth," John said out of curtsy as Aidan had told his. He then followed the blond away from the flaming vortex. First now he was able to registry the beauty of the garden. There was a certain calmness around here. He saw a type of tree he hadn't seen before, so full with pink flowers that you couldn't see the green leaves. Or perhaps the leaves were pink too.

He heard a sound as the flaming vortex calmed down and cast a look behind him. He saw two people hurrying away from there. One of them was the golden shapshifter he had seen before. Perhaps he was a brother to the female? It was a bit away but he noticed something disturbing. 'She's not wearing any clothes...' he thought and quickly looked away. It bothered him a tiny bit but the images quickly left as it usually was with women. Men on the other hand...

[[Short post, but it was needed.]]

"Oh. My. God. She's naked." His turned a bright red as he tried to look away. Hiding his eyes (which I should add wasn't too successful as he had his fingers spread apart), his blush worsened. "Yup, I so can't be seen with her tonight. I look like a freaking tomato.... stupid red hair, red eyes, and now red skin."

*Tristan flies into the garden, spotting Levi. He lands onto the male's shoulder and nips him gently on the ear so he could get his attention.*

"We're really sorry that you saw Ember like that and hope that it will not keep you from being around you in the future. She's very upset about the whole thing, so much that she wants to quit school here even that she has no where to go. She's not used to be around people so the whole clothes not morphing back thing is a huge problem for us..."

*He then sighs, preening his feathers before speaking again*
    "She's a good young woman..."

Finally arriving at the garden, it seemed she had missed whatever it was that had happened. The nymph was feeling a little disappointed at the lack of action. She frowned lightly, raising an eyebrow as her light blue green eyes scoped out the place before she noticed Aiden and another student, then some more people further away. Since she knew for a fact Aiden used fire, she thought he might have had something to do with it. Sometimes he was at fault, other times he just happened to be at the sight. Making her way over to them, her eyes noticed a hawk, or a falcon swoop down further away to see a student, Levi. "I saw fire and some students were saying something about a commotion around here..What exactly happened?" She asked once she reached Aiden and the other boy.

Smiling, Levi ran his finger's through the bird's soft feathers. "I will admit that I will probably brush from now on whenever I see her, but I would be saddened if she were to leave. I would really enjoy getting to know her. To learn more about her and her kind. She seems to interesting, as do you. I hope you don't mind if I stick around and keep popping up from time to time to keep you two company. Besides, I need to make sure Aiden steers clear of you both. He's a power hungry bastard. He'd probably take advantage of Ember, and I won't let him do that. So, Tristan, you've nothing to fear. Ember can't scare me away that easily."

His head swung over his shoulders as he looked back at Aiden, John, and now this other student. Aiden sure was a popular one. Why was it that he always got the attention? He was (is) such an ass. Shrugging, he wandered away in hopes of finding something amuse him while he waited for dinner to arrive.
