The entrance hall to the castle is rather grand. A red carpet lead ups to the big stairway that goes up to the second plane. On each side of the stairs there's statues of fallen heroes. There' are four of them, each different from the rest. A crystal chandelier that hang from the celling lights up the place. Other sources of lights are very decorative lamps that are placed on the walls. In the lobby there's also places where you can sit and some tables aswell. On the right and left door there's large wooden doors that leads to other parts of the castle.

If you go up the stair way you'll come to the second floor. Right in front of the stair it's a metal door. You can go to the sides to look down upon the first floor from those balconies. There's doors up here too. They're smaller than the ones on the first plane and it's four of them.

((OOC note, from now on keep all lobby RP in this room and RPs that doesn't fit in any other location in Castle d'Tamun location, please. /Brook))

  2. Characters in this post:
Master DeFolrock leaned against the celling on the second floor and looked down into the lobby with furrowed burrows and an annoyed look at his face. He had been informed some new residents was going to come and stay at the castle. Dwain didn't like the idea of commoners living in the castle. But what could an old man like he say against the might of the council at the lord of the castle? He let out a grunt. It didn't look like anyone had arrived yet. He sincerely hoped they wouldn't disturb him in his important work.

The council and one of the previous lords had opened up the castle for the public in order to present an exclusive experience. What could be more exciting than living at a castle? Master DeFolrock snorted. Greedy bastards, they only did it for the money. They didn't respect the castle's history or it's secrets. No wonder lord's line had died out...

  3. Characters in this post:
Demogorgon Made his way to the entrance hall and studied his surroundings. Obviously this room had been made to impress foreigners, its regal decorations had a sort of intimidating beauty.Cheap mental tricks thought Demogorgon, made only to play on the weak.

The statues were on the other hand suggested something other than riches, they suggested power. And after all what else had Demogorgon come but for power. He needed it if he ever intended to reclaim his domain. Demogorgon intended to do just that.

He continued up the hall taking his time as he waited to see if someone would come out to greet him. Th castle gave him an ancient feel reminding him of Tartarus, a pang of rage filled within him. How dare the so called gods do this to him, force him to a fraction of his once great power. Again he reminded himself that his time would come but he would first have to figure out what he could gain from this place.

Smoothing out his black coat the ex-Demon made his way up the stairs to the second story climbing until he saw a door blocking his path. The door looked metallic, he envisioned it smashed open and wondered how the owners would like that. Not at all he assumed. He knocked once waiting for a reply.

  4. Characters in this post:
Master Dwain DeFolrock watched as the tall man in a black trench coat. 'Modern clothes', Dwain thought with a snort. If you asked him it looked dreadfully. What did peek his interest, besides initial curiosity, was the aura around the man. It was powerful and dark. He could feel the man's rage. That part interested him. 'He could come of use... perhaps,' he thought. Dwain watched as the man walked up the stairs towards the door and knocked. Dwain got a small smirk on his face.

"That door leads to grand hall which leads to the Throne Room, the armory, the vault and the stairs. It's open most of the time and there's no need to knock," Dwain told the man as he turned slowly. He took the man in with a curious but restrained look. "I'm Master Dwain DeFolrock. And you are...?" he then added.

  5. Characters in this post:
Demogorgon moved passed the threshold realizing what he did. He observed the old man in front of him. 'A robe', he thought with disdain. Athena had loved robes, and this man looked frail enough to be one of her weakling priests. 'I wonder how Athena would feel if I slew some weavers, yes I'll have to do that after Im done here. Maybe I can even find the old mans weaver? But he was forced to admit the man had some sort of power about him, but he couldn't quite tell what it was.

The demon noticed the smirk on the mans lips. 'Hmm Its moments like these I wish I had my powers, so I could find how much torment this feeble mind could withstand., He thought as a smile cracked along his face. Surprisingly for his age, the old man seemed to be able to come up witha quick reply. 'Master eh? Must be master weaver.' he thought.

Putting on his friendliest tone, hinted it with sarcasm, and addressing the man with his eyes he spoke, "Hello Master DeFolrock what a nice place you seem to have here. My name is Dempsey Gray how do you do."

  6. Characters in this post:
The sarcastic tone did not pass Dwain by. His smirk disappeared and got replaced by a neutral and slightly grumpy look. Dwain looked up at the man and took in his figure. He noticed the bronze sword and immediately it made him think of the Ancient Greek. It was a rather odd accessory to a modern man. Clearly there was more to this man than you could see. He could either be mad or something else. Dwain gave the slightest nudge on Dempsey's mind. He discovered that his mind was strongly shielded and Master DeFolrock withdraw his mind. People with shielded minds always made him feel uneasy around them.

"Greetings, Mr. Gray," Dwain replied with a small nod as he looked up at the gigantic man. "I only live here. The castle belongs to the lord of the land. Sadly the last lord leaved this world without any heir. The council pays for the maintenance and takes the income it makes," Dwain continued with a hint of fairness, as if he thought the lord deserved to die without a heir."Besides for usual ailments you gain by my age I'm well," he then finished.

  7. Characters in this post:
Something attempted to enter into Demogorgons mind, but he couldn't quite tell where it was from.'Certainly not the old weaver.' Even as he though the words they sounded false. The old man was certainly more than just a resident, maybe more than man. Gods be damned if only he still had his omniscience this wouldn't be a problem, and sucking the air out of the old man would only do so much. No, this occasion called for old fashioned diplomacy, the kind he hated.

'Ah sorry to hear that, seems you are in need of an heir. I was looking for work as I am very Interested in old places,' he said, giving a reassuring smile.

  8. Characters in this post:
"I don't care much about who sits on that throne, it's council business," Dwain snorted.
His family had lived here for a long time and once their had been a worthy lord on the throne. He still remembered the old tales about glory and conquers. But that was in the past, all that remained was an exclusive hotel. They didn't even had a lord any more. Not that he cared much about it.

Dwain then brought himself back from his short trip down memory lane. He grunted at the awkward silence that had settled, he hated getting old. "Where was I? Oh yes, what kind of work would you be interested in, Mr. Gray? I could perhaps arrange something," Dwain then replied to the taller man.

  9. Characters in this post:
The sound of clicking could be heard before a young looking woman entered view, short pink hair was held up in a cute style; while she wore a red and black plaid short skirt with heeled boots up to her knees, which the boots made the clicking sound, plus a dark red tank top covered her top half of her body. Golden eyes looked around the place before a slight frown came to her face. A feeling of power seemed to flow from her, she never hid the power that flowed from her unless she was in a club and wanted to have fun. But the sense of power came more from the sense of her not being human, if one could sense such things.

'Great another castle.' She thought as she didn't seem to notice the males in the room. Not that she cared it wasn't like she was ever alone, always watching from the shadows was her guard that her mother hired to watch over her. A useless thing was her thoughts on her guard since she could more than take care of herself. With a sigh she moved along the side, "Cheap, useless, stupid looking, more cheap useless junk." She muttered as she looked at the trinkets in the room. Her eyes moved to the statues and she seemed to study them before a soft giggle left her, to her the statues of this place was small compaired to the ones from her home.

Her golden eyes glanced over the males and she didn't seem to notice them but then she realized them and stood there blinking at them. "Well figures people would be here when I happen to get here. So much for fun." She said in a tone that sounded like she was disappointed. But she gave a friendly smile and walked up to them before she said "I'm Crina. Are you two gonna tell me your names or should I just find them out my own way?" Again her tone was more playful and friendly than any of the times she talked before.

  10. Characters in this post:
"Well I'm sure an old valuable place like this needs its security, I am very good at taking care of inconveniences." Demogorgons voice seemed to changed as he broached the subject of violence, as if he savored even the thought of it.

The man was old and funny looking but he could prove to be useful in the demons quest to find the source of the power here. Security would be the most ideal and it would also give him the excuse he needed to scope out the castle. Hell with the attitude the old man was taking maybe he would join Demogorgon. 'Soon the gods will regret their folly.' The thought put him in a better mood.

It was then that he noticed the clacking. He turned his back and saw a pink haired woman walking towards him. 'Oh just when I thought it was only an old man I had to deal with a pitiful girl, the demon thought with annoyance. However he could sense that there was something special about this girl but he couldn't tell what, again he cursed the gods for stripping him of his powers. Could she be an agent of the Pantheon? If she was the girl would meet a horrible end, Demogorgon didn't conserve his powers when it came to agents. What ever had elevated his mood had left him when the girl started talking. The girls main power could be annoyance for all the rage she was garnishing from Demogorgon, but he had just secured a job here and it would be quite unprofessional for any out burst. Whatever she was she could be considered competition and he was in no mood to compete.

He focused on the harlot in front of him and spoke in a smooth voice,''Hello ma'am I am Dempsey Grey, and if it is the Masters wish I will be escorting you off the castle grounds."

  11. Characters in this post:
Dwain said and scratched his chin. "When it comes to security we got the castle guard already. Although they're rather useless, spoiled brats who think it's a cool to guard a castle. Not like the old guard before this place was turned to a hotel," Dwain snorted. "I'm sure you'll make them show respect and become real guards, not just for show. I'll speak with the manager," Dwain then continued.

There was a change in the room and he could sense the power level going higher. He turned slowly and looked down at the... pink haired girl. He sincerely hoped this wasn't another rich "modern looking" person. He had have enough of them. But there was something about her that quickly dispersed his thoughts. 'Interesting... another powerful being,' he though as he slowly starched his chin. The girl approached them and introduced her as Crina. He gave her a dry smile.
"I'm Master Dwain DeFolrock. Crina did you say, hm? Have you come to live or work here?" Dwain replied. He then gave Mr. Gray an amused smile. "I think you'll be an excellent chef of security, I really hope you'll get the work. This... girl however might be a customer, not necessary an intruder," he told him.

  12. Characters in this post:
An uniformed woman walked out of one of the doors on the second floor, carrying a coffee cup. Her face went from slight embarrassment into a big smile. She pushed up her glasses and put the coffee cup on a side table and walked up to the two newcomers. She gave a slight nod to Master DeFolrock with a badly hidden frown. She didn't not like the old man and could not understand why he was still here if he disapproved so much.
"Greetings travlers. My name is Mrs Clarissa Silver. I see you have already met another one of our... customers. I'm working here at Hotel d'Tamun as a clerk. Would you two like a room?" she said and turned to the tall trench coat wearing man and the pink haired girl. The tall man was rather handsome in her eyes. She loved tall men. She did wonder a bit where the girl's parents where, but it wasn't her business really.

  13. Characters in this post:
"Ah well thank you for the confidence Master Dwain, you won't be disappointed." The demon said as he turned away from the girl. He hadn't really been expecting to take the girl away as it was clear that the old bag was interested in other worldly beings, and the girl was at least other worldly. Now he would have to find out more about the girl but that would take time seeing as he had just offered to kick her off the grounds.'Hmm what could this girl be?' His train of thought was interrupted as a woman walked into the room.

He heard her greeting and at first noticed the way she looked at him. Honestly he had to passion for humans and Zeus had long ago forsaken human-god relationships but he was no god, and piss on Zeus.'Suduction of the clerk could be useful even if she was married it shouldn't be too hard, maybe she could explain where the power of this place emanates from, thought Demogorgon.

"Hello there Mrs Silver I am Dempsey Grey pleasure to meet you. I am here to apply my skills in the protection of this glorious estate, and will most likely be sleeping in the barracks. Assuming there is a barracks?"

  14. Characters in this post:
"I see. The workers have their own quarters on the first floor. You go down these stairs and take the door on the right. It leads to a corridor, follow that corridor to the 3 door on the left, that door leads to the worker quarters. There's no barrack that is use currently. The old one were abandoned when the castle became hotel," Mrs. Silver told Mr. Gray. "Of course before you're allowed into the workers quarter you need to be hired and get a uniform an key card. The hotel manager's office is on this floor. You need to take the left door and from there you'll find the manager's office easily," she then added with a broad smile. Mr. Gray seemed rather charming, she just hoped her husband wouldn't get jealous as he usually became.

OOC: Continue lobby location specific conversation in The Lobby location.

  16. Characters in this post:
Dwain scowled at Mrs. Silver. He didn't like her. It wasn't just that her occupation reminded him of what had happened with the noble castle it was also that for a married woman she was too flirty. Master DeFolrock was a traditional man and modern concepts annoyed him. But he didn't leave as he was still a bit curious over Crina. Instead he ignored Mrs. Silver and turned to Crina, awaiting her response to his previous question. then he would leave, he missed his quarters.

  17. Characters in this post:
"Ah thank-you for being so informative Mrs.Silver, I look forward to seeing you around the castle." He gave her a wide smile before turning to Dwain, "And thank you for your help in this also I'm sure I'll be seeing you around the castle."

Without so much as a glance at the strange girl he left the room through the door Mrs. Silver had directed him to and searched for the managers office.

  18. Characters in this post:
A Soft giggle left the girl at the mans words of throwing her out, it was highly unlikely that he could even catch her; she did cheat after all. Her eyes glanced at the female and a slight frown came to her face at the emotions she could sense from the woman, not that she really cared but it also mixed in with the feeling from the others. At being called a girl it took all of her control to not snap at them, she hated being called a girl or child just simply because she knew she would out live all of them. As a dragon she had a lovely long life span to toy and play with humans and other mortal beings as she saw fit. It wasn't how she was raised but it was the only fun thing she found to do since she came to the forsaken human lands. "Oh old lady, might wanna leave the playing of emotions to the professionals, like me." She directed those words to Mrs. Sliver just for the heck of it and to annoy her.

With a shake of her head she turned to the old man and said "I guess customer would be right. Since I doubt anything here would be worth stealing." She gave a shrug not really caring that she just said she was a thief. But then again she was only a thief of hearts as she loved to toy with the matters of a heart as long as the heart belonged to someone who wasn't attached to anyone else. "Besides if anyone calls me girl again I might have to hurt them." She said off hand since she was an adult and just because she looked young she would have to prove that she wasn't. At least if they didn't get frighten of her power.

  19. Characters in this post:
Mrs. Silver watched as the tall stranger walked away. She would be much interested in working with him. She turned to the other customer with a smile which then turned into a confused expression as Crina spoke. "Playing of emotions?" she replied. She watched as Crina shook hand with Master DeFolrock and her expression darkened a bit at the revelation she was a thief. Looked like she had to make sure Mr. Gray kept an eye on the girl.

Dwain however smiled. He liked this woman. She was edgy and didn't let herself be pushed around. However, he hoped she would respect authority and older people. Other than that they might go along fine. "I'm pretty sure you could," he then replied to her with a smirk. "It'll be nice to have you around. If you excuse me I have to retreat to my quarters. Good day," Dwain then added with a nod. He turned around and opened the big metal doors behind and started walking down the Grand Hall.

  20. Characters in this post:
Demogorgon walked into the room not sure what to expect.

  21. Characters in this post:
The hotel manager looked up from the file he had been working on and looked at Demogorgon with a raised eyebrow. He slowly put the file away and put his big glasses back. After that he pressed hi palms together and placed them down at the table.
"Can I help you?" he then asked.

  22. Characters in this post:
Giving a smile Demogorgon replied,"Hello I am Mr.Grey and am here to receive a key card and uniform." The LAst word bothered him was he really going to hvae to have uniform? There were many hings he despised but crappy uniforms were at the top of the list."Well I'll just make so until I can find the damned powersource."

  23. Characters in this post:
The manager scowled a bit. He had received word from the odd man that lived here and Mrs Silver that a man was looking for a job as chef of security. Mr Turner, on the other hand, had not yet met this man and he liked to get to know his co-workers before hiring them.
"Take a seat Mr. Gray, I got a few questions. You probably can't expect me to just hire someone just like that," he then said and looked at the tall man. He did look threatening which was one of his demands for the position. "Well, it started good," he thought.

  24. Characters in this post:
"Oh sure I'm sure you will find me much to your liking." Demogorgon took a seat and waited for the first question. 'Hades will be a kind fate for the man if he dislikes me.' He thought to himself waiting.

  25. Characters in this post:
The manager shifted through the papers on the desk before picking out an employment contract which he gave to Mr. Grey. "Alright Mr. Grey, fill out this form with your full name, age, gender, social security number, position you seek, medical information, grades etc. You can sit down by a the table outside of the office. Give me the form then and I'll ask some additional questions," Mr. Turner told Demogorgon.

  26. Characters in this post:
A girl draped in green with a hood pulled up over her head entered the lobby tentatively, and felt a flood of relief when she spotted some empty chairs. The hike up the hill had been one thing, but piloting a small sailboat by herself? Tricky, and made trickier when it sprung a leak. She had to propel it with a spur of the moment wind spell while she bailed water to keep it from sinking. She left it on the beach, prow plowed in sand, to deal with at a later time. Exploring this island was the more important task right now. ‘Perhaps when it comes time to leave, I’ll have found a more reliable transport,' she mused.

Her breath started to come back, so the girl stood and wandered further into the lobby, past a few statues. “Hello?” she called politely. She wanted to find someone familiar with the castle, to ask if she could stay while conducting some research.

  27. Characters in this post:
A uniformed woman with glasses watched as the grand door to the Lobby opened. She saw a woman with a green cloak entering the castle. After the woman had looked around she shouted 'hello?' and with a smile Mrs Silver walked down the stairs in quick steps, for her age. She approached the woman with open hands, showing she wasn't hostile but welcoming.
"Greeting travelers and welcome to Hotel d'Tamun. My name is Mrs Clarissa Silver and I work her as a clerk. Have you come to get a job or to get a room?" Mrs Silver asked with a smile.

  28. Characters in this post:
A room? She hadn’t expected this place to offer lodgings, though it would be a nice change of pace from sleeping in a tent. However, the cost of a room might be a little over her head. A job may be in order as well.

“My name is Ruana Eyther,” she said with a slight curtsy to Mrs. Silver. From her backpack she dug out a cinched purse that jingled softly. “If you have a small room, that would be perfect. If there isn't enough here, I can work for lodgings. I’m a good gardener, or if you have any need for magical talents...”

  29. Characters in this post:
Mrs Silver gave the young woman a small nod before she picked up a silver colored calculator and a file with a few pages sticked into it. She pushed back her glasses and a expression of thinking passed over her face before she answered.
"We are currently hiring but if you need a work you'll have to speak with the manager as it's out of my area of expertise. If you decide to stay here as a guest I can inform you that we got rooms of different shapes and within different economic classes. What type of currency do you have?" Mrs Silver said business like.

  30. Characters in this post:
Ruana tipped out a handful of coins. Many of them were small hexagons stamped with a gryphon, used in cities around Weyva Wood; there was a good amount of copper, some silver, and two gleaming gold pieces. ‘Damn that boat, never should’ve paid that much for it,’ she thought ruefully. “These are the coins of my country, Tindal. The circular ones are from a nation I passed through, but the metal they are made from escapes me.” She dumped the handful back into her purse, hoping it would be enough for at least a bed and maybe a chest. “Where can I find the manager?"
