In a world of 'normals', it is hard for others to survive. They are burned at the stake, chased down, drowned, and many other horrid things. They are outcasts; rejects. No one seems to care about them. Thats how they end up here, in Teelu.......
A few friends decided to leave regular civilization one day. They headed off into the forest. Soon, they came across a small town. It was obvious no one had lived there in decades. They all talked and decided they should live there. They would take in any 'others', like themselves, and everyone could live there. They would be away from all the pain and criticism of a 'normal' life. They walked through the town and right past the little sign.Welcome to Teelu.

Characters
Witch/Wizard: can perform spells- biggest spells drain energy- life and death spells can kill them
Vampire: don't do well in broad daylight- usually moody- most powerful at night- mostly eat animals but eat humans on rare occasions
Shapeshifter: can change into any one animal whenever they please
Werewolf: turn into wolves during full moons- can't really control themselves while in wolf form
