"Sure enough," Luke mumbled to himself as he set the folder back onto his desk. Chuckling, he reminisced the dispute he had with the new girl earlier. She's an interesting one, he thought, remembering the way the girl snapped when he had gotten a wee bit cozy earlier. "Who knew she was actually a Senior."

He was alone in the room and was processing Jocelynn and Kane's withdrawal letters. The Principal had contacted him earlier and informed him of the situation. Despite feeling a bit upset that two of his most favorite people are gone—not to mention, his sealed deal with Kane about his lunches. Which reminds him, he had to look for another benefactor for the week—, he sincerely wished for the best to them both.

The Freshman's file was already on his desk when he first walked in the room, no doubt left by Jocelynn there before she packed out. So, Luke had spent the hour flicking through those files and some others. So far, the information he wanted had already been neatly penned into his notepad.

Grinning, he shoved the notepad back into his front pocket. Truth be told, this wasn't the first time—and most probably not the last—he had abused his powers to attain information for his personal gain. But, hey, all's fair in love and war. So, it's not exactly considered stalking when he loves her, right? Exactly.

After he had finished stacking all the folders into a neat pile, at right angles to the sharp corner of his desk, Luke started towards the door, intending to return to his room and get ready for tonight's party.

Wonder if Andy's in!
