It all started at the end - the end of civilization in territory uncharted. He knew that this had been a bad idea from the start, but when anyone is desperate enough, all that's left are bad ideas. He looked on to the vast emptiness that surrounded the lone vessel. Time had never seemed to be so important before, rushing from one job to the next - and now, it was as if all of it had just stopped, out here, where there was nothing. No people, no life, no time... no hope.......
