    Her character is 15 though, so can we say the Contessa and the Liege started this Teen League. They can be wealthy people, they do travel through timelines and all that jazz, so you never know where this money is coming from and they can be this controversial pair. Since they're motives are already questionable.

    Okay. So I'm just going to say, since I seem to be the ring-leader of this teen league, that it's as new as the whole League too. Sort of a subdivision that was setup on request of The Liege and The Contessa, as a way to keep their son in line and others they know are out and about. That okay?

    They asked Katia to do it because she has no real place in the League itself even though she wants to be. I wanna say she injured herself before accepting the employment into the league, and took this side job from the Liege/Contessa (they're like this side heroes, part of the league but because of the nature of their powers it's not always certain where they stand.) She accepted because even if her powers are stunted she can still be of use.
