Personality
She used to be an eccentric, outgoing person, but now the only thing she thinks about is hiding herself, her powers away of the world. She hasn't developed them very well but what she does know is that she can move water, heal small wounds with water and she can make it stop raining for a few seconds. She only practices them at home. When it rains she enjoys walking down the village with water dropping down on her shoulders, it calms her. She doesn't know very well what's going on in the city and she tries as hard as she can to stay away from everything. Her parents died from the water just like her five years old brother. People assume she also died because she still lives in their old house and only a few have ever seen her leaving.
Equipment / Abilities
Her powers aren't developed but what she already can is moving objects whit water, for example she can move a coup of tea wen it's filled whit water. She also trained herself to make it stop raining for only a few seconds, so it isn't that powerful. Small wounds like small burnings, she can heal but with lots of effort.
She assumes that 'light' and fire are the things that weaken her. When it's day her powers don't work very well and during night they seem to be on it's strongest. Fire also is something that hurts her, at least, that's what she assumes. She used to enjoy spending time after the fireplace, but right now it makes her weaker, it burns her eyes and leaves burning marks at her skin without even coming closer than two meters.
History
What happened before is something she want's to forget because she knows that beautiful time will never come back. She keeps a diary writing every day that passes so she'll never forget witch day it is. But, one difference with a normal diary, day one comes along with the day her parents, her brother, family died…Since then everything went dark...
