~ As it turns out, as an adult I can have a very unpleasant, fierce and unforgiving temper at times. ~
"Why do you want to know so much about me? I'm nothing special."
>> Aster isn't the kind of guy who likes to talk. He's gone through a lot in his life and he doesn't like to open up to people about it. He's been to a few psychologists and he's gotten some help. His problems were simple, really, but hard to face. Depression, Anger Management, Suicide. It was all issues that were seen daily in the American culture. But unlike some, his were because of events, reasons.
His Anger Managment was the toughest to overcome. He can get pissed at everything and anything, and he does. And trust me, you do not want to get Aster pissed. He's a strong mother fucker. But, he can calm himself down, with a bit of help.
Don't get me wrong, though, Aster is a big quiet sweet heart. He doesn't like to get angry. He doesn't. But it's a problem he's trying to overcome. This is why he tends to show no emotions for anything. He doesn't want to care so he doesn't get angry.
Other than those minor issues, Aster was a straight A student. Not worrying about things that most teens worried about, he actually learned something. He's pretty intelligent for his age but he doesn't show it too often.
"Don't look at me. I didn't ask for these weird powers."
> > Simply enough, Aster was granted with the power of fire and strength. By fire, He can light any part of his body on fire and not get burned. (And yes, He can throw fire at you as well.) However, it's easier to light when he lets that hot temper of his take over. As for the strength. Simple. He's super strong.

> > Along with his new powers, they come with an interesting toy. Two silver brass knuckles. The tips of each nuckle are spiked. Built into the side of each (normally face toward the outside of the hand) is a curved dagger. A good sucker punch to the face, and you'll get a nice slice, too.
"Yeah, I did a bit of fighting in my day."
> > Aster took up a few fighting styles to get out his anger. He took up Parkour, Tae Kwan Do, and Boxing. He's a really excellent fighter, and that's why you probably don't want to get him angry. Occasionally you can find him practicing his parkour around the city. Good video for youtube.
February 16th - BIRTH"According to my mother... It was the best day of her life."
"I was happy for 5 short years. Those were the best years of my life."
July 19th, 20xx - DEATH
"I was young... Yes, but I remember it clearly. Who couldn't remember a night like that?"
"We were driving to Delaware on a family vacation. We were heading through Pennsylvania, while a storm was hitting."
"The next thing I know, I felt the car tilt under us. My father jumped in the back and covered my body."
"My mother screamed."
"The next thing I knew, Firemen were pulling my father's body off of me. Flames were being doused... and I had become and orphan."
September 30, 20xx - ORPHANAGE
"I had been at the orphanage for a few years now. I was 13 at this point. I had strayed from the rest of the kids, I wanted to be on my own. I didn't know their stories and they didn't know mine. That's how I liked it."
"But, there was one girl."
"Her name was Echo."
"I always thought that was a strange name. But then again, look at mine."
"We were a couple... for a long time, actually. Until, I lost her, too."
"She was taken to another country by two Brits."
"I never saw her again."
February 16, 20xx - A NEW LIFE
"I turned 18 and was sent out of the orphanage. They gave me a few bucks and some clothes and sent me on my way. Alone."
"I lucked out, got a job, got a cheap place to live."
"But I needed more. I needed help."
"After a few months, I discovered my grandparents were still alive. I started living with them for a while."
"They were great to me."
"They got me help for my depression and my constant anger issues. Not to mention a lot of outlets for it."
"They helped and I can never repay them, but I will always love them."
May 16, 20xx - THE CALLING
"I was 21 when they chose me."
"I don't know why they chose me. Someone with no control over their anger. Someone with nothing to live for, really."
"But they chose me and I didn't say no."
"I decided to leave my grandparents and head to New York."
"I got an apartment there and started to live there. I wasn't sure what would happen here, but I needed to be here."
"That's where this story ends. For now."
" I'm here, in New York. Waiting for something to happen."
