from shoulder to elbow from when he broke his arm as a child falling
from a tree.
Morality: Neutral Good- Tries his best to
always do well no matter what he does, and that includes in how he
treats others. He's a generous guy with a mostly positive attitude but a
bit of depression does lurk behind his ready smile. Always willing to
lend a hand to those who haven't wronged him. Forgives easily as long
as apologized to. Rarely loses his temper, to the point it can
frustrate some people.
Disability: Fire- perhaps due to
being half dryad, he has a fear of any sort of uncontrolled fire and a
healthy respect for even controlled flame. Animals- even if it puts
himself in danger he will do so in order to help an animal, which
extends to people as well for the most part. Can sometimes be a bit of a
people pleaser.
Allergies: Latex- any form of latex that
comes into contact with his skin causes terribly itchy rashes and hives.
Prolonged exposure will cause swelling.

Abilities:
Able to meld with the trees as long as he has enough energy to,
Treewalking- can travel short distances from one tree to another as long
as he has enough energy for treemelding. Can speak to and understand
animals. Animal empathy- they more often then not choose to listen to
him. Life sense- able to sense nearby life up to about 50 feet from
him, including animals and plants, as well as can sense water. Healing-
as long as he is near enough nature, he is able to heal at an enhanced
pace.
Weapons: Steelwood Bow- A gift from his father for his 5th birthday, he is an expert archer from many hours of practice with it.

Ambar- a bird-of-paradise that Vimal befriended when it was but a
chick, having fallen from it's nest, they are the best of friends and
Vimal would do anything to save his bird friend.
Biography:
Born
on a bright, sunny July 25th, Vimal showed attributes of both sides of
his parentage from the beginning, with the odd form of his pointed ears
and plant like growth from his neck. The reason for this, would be
that he was the son of an elf and a dryad, the elf being his father and
dryad his mother. Naming him Vimal Chandan Hatrel, taking the father's
family name both of his proud parents doted on him from the beginning.
However
as things have a tendency of doing, tragedy would strike their small
family. When Vimal was only a couple years old he would lose his
mother, as they had gone into the city and away from nature in order to
go out for the day and find fun things to do. Unfortunately however, an
intoxicated driver smashed into his mother. It pretty much killed her
instantly, leaving the father and son on their own.
At first
Vimal's father would grieve as was normal and even seemed to be coming
to some sort of peace with his beloved's death after awhile. For
Vimal's 5th birthday he was given a steelwood bow from his father and
from then him and his father practiced archery. His father would spend a
lot of his time with him and they were close. Things were good.
But
then, close to Vimal's twelfth birthday, he would fall from a tree like
many other boys his age and broke his arm terribly. While he was in
nature he would have healed quickly, but due to it not healing set
right, he would have to have his arm rebroken once in order for it to
heal correctly. While one would think that the event would have
bothered the boy more, it would be his father who would become
incredibly freaked out. From then on would be when Vimal's father would
start to pull away from him with no reason ever said. This would lead
to Vimal's need to try and make his father happy and proud of him.
Because of it, he will do almost anything that his father tells him to
do with little to no argument.
While still currently in school,
Vimal is thinking of going on to become a veterinarian although he isn't
completely sure either then wanting to work with animals.
Just
recently, he was informed, that his father has made an arranged
marriage with another family for him to marry the child of a wealthy
mining family. Although he is against arranged marriages, he already
expressed his concerns but having his father firmly putting down his
foot about it, Vimal so far just plans on going ahead with it, even if
he is unhappy about the idea.
