History
Miss Theresa Dorian is the nineteen year old daughter of Lord Keith Dorian and Lady Liza Dorian. She is the middle child of three children. Her elder brother is the twenty five year old William Dorian and her younger sister is the seven year old Annabelle Dorian.

Theresa has spent her entire life within the walls of __(city)___. Her father is a very traditional man – insistent that she and her sister be raised as proper ladies. Her brother was raised to rule and fight, while Theresa was raised to learn courtesies, dances, songs, and the like. Her childhood was relatively normal as the lands have been peaceful for some time now.

When Theresa was fourteen she'd ventured off with her elder brother to the cliff side. Theresa had hardly ever broken her father's rules, but had been persuaded by her brother and his friend whom she'd fancied at the time to accompany them. It had seemed a kind gesture, but it actuality her brother was playing a trick on Theresa. The boys scaled the cliff side – hooting and hollering that Theresa could not do it, could not follow them. William and his friend had believed she would simply turn back, or perhaps they might make the young girl cry, but in her distraught she'd gathered up the hems of her skirts and marched forward to try and follow them up. It had ended rather disastrously – Theresa had ended up falling to the bottom of the bluffs. William panicked when he lost sight of his sister and quickly scaled down. Even at his quick pace it took him several minutes to reach her, but oddly when he found her she was fine. There was quite a bit of blood, but the only laceration was on her forehead. She had seemed very dazed – at first she did not recognize William or recall her fall. William rushed her home. Their father was furious, but their doctors said Theresa would be fine and would recover.

As expected, she did recover, but not without a few sudden changes to her personality. Firstly, Theresa was no longer content with her 'lady upbringing'. She argued and raved with her father about the matter, where as before Theresa was a quiet and soft spoken girl. Her father forbid her training on the account that she was not a man, but a girl, and girls were not meant to hold swords. Taking pity on her, and blaming himself for her accident, William trained Theresa in secret and found she was a natural – especially when it came to a bow. After her fall Theresa no longer fancied William's friend. In fact she didn't fancy anyone and the suitors that her father tried to arrange for her, Theresa would shame them. No one seemed to want to put up with her – they found her rude and unladylike, and no one seemed to find the political position that marrying her would bring worth the trouble. It infuriated her father to the point that he would sometimes lock her away for days or weeks at a time as a punishment, but no punishment seemed to change her attitude. The doctors said that the changes to her personality were more than likely permanent and that they were the result of her fall.

Extra
- After Theresa's fall she no longer liked being called 'Theresa', but rather began to prefer a self given nickname, 'Tessa'.
