Face: Damien has eyes in a particular shade of brown, almost red in color, that are very often partly hidden behind curtain bangs hanging down along the sides of his face. He has a strongly pronounced jawline and a straight, flat chin that defines his inverted-triangle shaped face. For facial hair, he usually sports a slight stubble along with a thicker soul patch. His face has four apparent, small scars. One small nick over an eyebrow, two smaller scarred areas at his forehead and an one inch long scar on his right cheek.
Hair: His hair is generally rather thick and and free-grown, though combed in a side parting from the left side of his head. Long "Curtains" of his hair usually hangs down to partly cover up his eyes. His hair is completely straight and rather brittle, reaching down to his cheekbones at the front, right below the ears and the sides and to the shoulders at the back.
Body: Damien is an even six feet tall, with a very developed musculature., though still with a slim body type. Moreso an athlete then a bodybuilder. Like his face, his body has numerous different small marks, scars and other signs of a life of frequent fights and violence. He also has a pattern of tribal tattoos covering the right side of his body.
Clothes: Damien has never really been one for fashion and really only wears what he considers comfortable. His usual attire consists of a loosely hanging t-shirt, either in pure white or black with various prints, jeans, often ripped at the ends or the knees and simply sneakers. Whenever he has to go to one of the more seedy parts of a city or town, he also wears a gray, open hoodie, used to hide his weapon unless it is truly necessary to use.
Behavior: The first thing anyone would note about Damien is that he rarely if ever smiles. He is most likely to remain quiet for long durations of time, only to break the silence with snarky or sarcastic comments. As someone who has had to fight to stay at the top for the last five years, he is very agressive and will almost never back down to a challenge once presented with one, something that can end up in him pulling rather reckless stunts. While he often comes off as brash and plain unpleasant to be around, he is ultimately not a bad person. If you manage to earn his trust and friendship, he will fight to the death for you. After many of his friends passing on for various reasons, he goes with the mantra that "Nobody dies".

Equipment
Pistol: Damien carries a .44 SP 2022 Semi-Automatic Pistol. He claims that he stole it from a police officer, but the validity of this claim can be questioned. He has a total of 46 bullets for it and is a decent shot. While he prefers to not use it due to his general dislike for murder, he carries it with him for self defense when he deems it necessary.
Knife: At all times, Damien carries a 4 inches long pocket knife with him. While rather useless as a weapon, as any knife, it has a fair amount of uses as a tool.
Abilities
Combat: Damien is a fairly skilled brawler. In fact, most of it fighting provess comes from hand-to-hand combat. He mainly focuses on heavy, stun-oriented blows that leaves his opponent open for more attacks to break bones and deliver heavy damage. His fighting style is a mixture of the aforementioned heavy punches, headbutts and grapples. He is not above cheating or low blows to get an advantage. Damien fights to survive, not not to win fairly or look good. While he prefers strength over speed, he is in no way sluggish or terribly slow.
Agility: Due to having to live on theft and burglary, Damien is rather agile and fairly skilled at parkour. He is not exactly fast, but he can quickly make it up walls or through tight openings without much problems. Additionally, he has developed rather fast reflexes and can quickly react to incoming danger.
Seventh Sense: The one ability that actually connects Damien to the supernatural world. Ever since he was a child, Damien has been able to "Sense" supernatural presences around him. Be they ghosts, superpowered people, vampires, magic users, enchanted items or anything else. If they are not of the natural world, he will know. Not even Damien himself can fully explain just HOW he does, he just has a "hunch", indeed, a seventh sense for supernatural presence. It should be noted however, that even if he can feel if something is supernatural, he cannot feel how they are so, or what exactly they can do.
Born in the shady downtown of your local city, Damien grew up in a world of death, crime and drug abuse, a life he never really grew out of. His family was perfectly average by his neighborhood's standards, not abusive, but tough, as he had to get used to the hard life early. Accustomed to the life as a beggar child and thief, he soon began to have...Hunches of things around him. Things that were not as they were supposed to be. People that could perform miracles. Ghosts. Monsters. He could see it all and he knew when they would appear. He had no idea why he had this ability, but he became terrified of the world around him, even more then he already was. Street life he could handle. The supernatural...He could not.
Over time, Damien has grown careful of his surroundings and gained a habit to worry over the unnatural world on a level near paranoia. He has, however, slowly managed to climb his way out of the rat hole and is currently living in a rather shaggy two-room apartment. The neighbors aren't exactly pleasant and he has to take numerous small jobs at the same time to afford his stay, but to him, it beats living on the streets by far.
Has a minor fear of the dark due to run-ins with creatures of the night.
