Xeno stands at six feet, eight inches. Well above average height but not too tall. His white hair is messy, wavy, and falls down to above his shoulders. He wears a skin tight black and grey one piece suit that shows his frame and muscular build. On the chest of his suit, three tubes can be seen crossing over his pectorals.
When on a mission, Xeno is calm, collected, and cold. He let's his actions speak in place of his words and is not afraid to get bloody. Though he will not needlessly harm an unarmed man unless given good reason. He's quite kind however and loves children. He avoids bounties on children. But since he's contracted, he can't avoid children altogether. This puts a huge damper on his mood. He often visits his mother and half sister who is by now, nine. When not on duty, he's relaxed and quite warm to others. He can be quick to anger depending on what someone says. Though he is also very good at controlling his outbursts.
Xeno despises large groups and usually prefers to work alone. But he doesn't hate working in small groups. Occasional human interaction is actually quite nice from time to time. He's easy to get along with though earning his trust is difficult. He's used to being told what to do but doesn't like it. A few years on the police force has trained him to work well in groups.
Built into the skin tight suit on the palms of his hands, Xeno's suit is fitted with high density laser blasters. It's quick and easy to use, not to mention stronger than the basic laser pistol. To a normal unarmored, human it can cause not only 3rd, but also 4th degree burns.
On his feet are thrusters that enhance his gymnastic abilities. It can be used to levitate, fly, or accelerate kicking attacks.
The suit offers a basic shield function, making basic laser weapons useless. Though the shield is not infinite.
He holds basic weaponry. A sword fitted with a high frequency blade that can cut through basic steel and anything of lower quality. He also carries a high capacity stun gun for when he wants to contain his bounties.
Through the three tubes of his suit run a decent sized supply of oxygen producing nanites that run through his bloodstream as well, giving extra oxygen when needed. The suit is capable of producing a mask, giving Xeno the ability to dive underwater or survive in the vacuum space.
Xeno was born to a impoverished family under the name of Nicholas Reeves. His mother was a prostitute, his father a drunk,though not violent and Xeno was never abused. His parents loved him dearly. As a child, he dreamed of joining the galactic police force as his father did. (Though he lost his job.) He played games of cops and robbers with the other children of the slums and was often the policeman. Though as he grew older, he came to know the brutality of the police force. Once, at the age of ten, his father was falsely accused of hiding criminals. Nicholas made a remark that the officer didn't like, causing the man to smack the child upside his head with a club. Out of sheer rage, Nicholas attacked the officer. Through sheer luck, this scrawny child disarmed him and opened several gashes in his cheeks and forehead. The guard ran away screaming. Later, several officers came by and took the child away. Though the child caused even more damage to the officers, they flogged him until he was unconscious and put into a delinquent training program. There he learned basic combat skills and was eventually put into an academy. The reason for this was because of what he did to the one officer with his frail body. The higher ups had taken an interest in his abilities and put him through this program, but with proper judgement in mind. Nicholas graduated as a cadet from the junior academy and went on to join his Seniors in the high profile academy that only most would dream of going to. This was a school for the rich. And when this commoner joined, everyone looked down on him. However, when the first person to bully him tried to "teach him a lesson," Nicholas mercilessly thrashed the boy. As it was caught on camera, Nicholas was let off with a minor warning. Three days of cleaning duty. The school system was very fair. The bully had provoked him and was suspended for his actions. No one messed with him again after that.
Eventually he graduated from his school at the top of his class. He was given the credentials and eventually joined the Police Force. Once he joined, he met the man whom had assaulted him and wrongly accused his father. The man didn't recognize him, but he recognized the officer. "Hey, where'd you get those scars?" He asked the man. The man looked at him and contemplated answering before replying. "I got them on a job. Some ruffian attacked me but I put him in his place." Nicholas only chuckled. "Alright." The man raised an eyebrow and then shrugged it off before going on his duties. After that, Nicholas went to his old house to find a new family in it. He asked what had happened to the family that had lived there before and they said they moved to the other side of town. So Nicholas went to look for them. He eventually found his mother and found out that his father passed away due to kidney failure. She had settled down with another man and had a daughter with him. He wasn't exactly okay with this, but he let it be. He wanted his mother to be happy. Though when he met the new husband, his step father, they didn't get along. The man was greasy, sweaty, smelly, rude, risque, and abusive to his wife but not his daughter. When she was on her own, he asked his mother why she stayed with him. She said it was because she couldn't afford to go back to their poor lifestyle. Had she not said this, he would have arrested the man.
One day, when he was visiting, he watched his mother and step father get into an argument. His little sister ran in to ask for something and ended up getting in the way. His stepfather went to smack his mother but became distracted, turned around and smacked the child. Nicholas had never pinned someone to a wall so fast. He slammed his fist into the mans cheek and cuffed him right there before dragging him out. He gave his mother a look of huge disappointment before saying out loud. "This is what happens when you live with a pig." She dropped to her knees and began to weep as Nicholas left the house. He put the man in a cell and stared at him for a long while before reaching through the bars and jerking the man forward, smashing his face into the bars and then walking off. The stepfather was speechless. He found Nicholas to be quiet and timid. But never once tried to touch the boy as he knew he was on the force. This was Nicholas's first arrest. Everyone congratulated him on it of course and no one blamed him for roughing him up. He filled out the paper work and sighed. The man got a years worth in a cell. Nicholas moved his mother and little sister into an apartment. Their expenses were personally payed for by him and sometimes others secretly pitched in to help him.
Eventually Nicholas rose to the top and held the title of one of the greatest officers. One day, one of his fellow officers, specifically the man who'm he had scarred as a kid, approached him with a deal. It was dirty and involved embezzlement. Nicholas declined. He immediately turned to go and report him. But the man attacked him. Nicholas whipped around and brought out his pistol, shooting him square in the cheek, blasting a hole from one side and through the other. The man ran away screaming. This time, there was no camera to back Nicholas up as it was in the locker room. Nicholas was stripped of his badge. His gun was his own so he could keep it. Nicholas was disheartened but no depressed. He could find another well paying job since he graduated from such a prestigious school. He eventually took on a bounty hunting job and eventually contracted with the same force he worked on. As a bounty hunter, he had the rights of a police officer, but could cut back more and be more rough if needed since he was catching cold blooded killers. He currently makes his living off of this profession under the name of Xeno Sicacia
