Once she has her mind set on a certain thing or idea she refuses to have it any other way than her own. Like a child would.
Gentle
Though being a demon, and besides the wars that happened, she is quite the gentle creature. The little acts she preforms would only hurt a person emotionally, rather than physically. Since she is (was) the angel of nature, it is her nature to desire feeling. Be it physical or emotional.
Sexual
Unlike most angels and demons and whatever is in between, she follows her natural nature. She is a very lustful person, and had been even before the fall. She adores sexual attention, even in its minor form such as flirting.
Flirtatious
Even if one is nasty to her, if she finds them appealing, she will not hesitate to flirt with them either until she loses interest or the other finally gives in to her.
Deceiver
She loves to trick people into thinking or feeling things that aren't true. She loves playing on peoples natural instincts to things such as love and anger. She loves making someone fall for her, and then leave them to starve for her company.
Player
Even though she considers herself a romantic, she loves options. Her belief is that one person shouldnt belong to just one other person, she wonders why they cant all belong to each other. For this view she is often lusted after. Even the angels get confused about her, wondering if they could be the ones to change her mind and be her "one and only."
Before the fall, she and lucifer had veen very close. He adored that she did what she wanted despite the rules because that was what her nature demanded. She adored him because he adored her. Thats the way it was. So naturally, when the thought of free will came up, she smiled at the chance to be free completely and at once took Lucifer's side. Though she admitted that it pained her to kill off her brothers and sisters she was only doing what her nature demanded. In a way she was trapped by her nature. Like she hadn't actually had free will, it was just her nature to be the way she was. Still she accepted it and had been one of Lucifer's closest allies since.
What most of the angels already knew was that Ariel, unlike most demons, did not get pleasure out of pain and chaos. She loved the freedom of the possibilities. This notion also caused most of the angels to hate her decision though. But in general most could only stay angry at her for a few days. It was her nature that she should be forgiven, and wanted by most. Even for a demon the horns seemed to suit her. Along with her newly tainted gold wings.
