Physicality (scars, tattoos): Left eye is mechanical, steely grey. Thumb on left hand is also steely grey and mechanical. Numerous shallow scars upon his face, one deep scar running down to mid-cheek from the bottom of his left eyelid. As his appearance says, he lost a fight--just one, and carries the scars from it.

Viktor is 6'4", has 3" jet black hair that's always gelled into spikes under his hat, has one steel grey eye (the other is actually steely grey alloy), and bright white, flawless teeth. His skin is tanned and scarred. His face is always freshly shaven and his chiseled jaw is always set. His uniform in always impeccably neat and clean.

Strict, respectful, loud, determined, and blunt. He takes no shit from anyone. He walks with an aura of authority. He never slouches and rarely yawns, and he never forgets anything.
