Val is a wrinkly old broad who dresses like she's in the 60's. She wears the same glasses and clean white gloves everyday.

Val as she likes to be called- is a nice little old lady who is wise beyond her many, many years. She is very funny and tells it like it is. At times, she can be very laid back and is a good listener.

Her granny purse is always handy when a little smacking around is called for.

Val has always been luckily in the love department. She was married once a long time ago and is a proud mother and grandmother. Her family founded the Love Intervention in the late 1800's and as a family tradition, she's taken on ownership.
