Lastoy Anne-Eliza Pirkins

Vivid green eyes stare at your from behind a pair of glasses. She doesn't really need the glasses, but likes to wear them, as she really does like looking a lot more intelligent than what she really is. Her short dark blonde hair is pulled back with clips, and tipped with a dark red. She likes to wear large sweaters over even larger shirts, and is almost always  wearing a pair of shorts at any length all through the year. Long socks and boots replace bare legs and flip-flops during the winter months. When standing next to another woman her age, she does seem very tall. With a height of five feet and nine inches tall, she is quite easily one of the tallest females in her year. It probably does help that she has been at this height for the past four years and is now nineteen. 

Lastoy has been described as a "twig", "thin tree-branch" and "pancake-chest". She does not look like a twenty year old woman, and instead looks more like a lanky teenage boy at times. She has no form of flattering hips, good "assets" or other womanly features on the rest of her body, except for her face. 

This girl is seriously a "glass-half-full" kinda person. Nothing can rain on her parade. Well, almost nothing. If you insult her ability or the fact that she just kinda sucks at everything she does usually makes her kinda angry. But nonetheless, Lastoy is a very cheerful young woman, with a tendency to infect most around her with her sickeningly positive attitude.

Give Lastoy almost any situation and in less than an hour, she will be fitting in rather comfortably. With her strength in a random place as she calls on it, she has to be able to work with what she has. However, this can only really apply to social and combative situations. She is just terrible in an academic setting all together.

Despite her almost cold appearance, Lastoy is extremely friendly. Just... Don't insult her.

DO NOT SAY ANYTHING INSULTING ABOUT HER ABILITIES. Or anything about what happened last year... At least, if you want to escape with most of your blood and without a few broken bones. (Do it. I dare you.)

Lastoy is not book smart. Nor does she really have any common sense. The girl is remarkably dense and sometimes doltish. Things have to be explained very well for her to understand them. 

She has a very bad case of the "OH SHINY" sickness. One moment she's trying hard on her homework, and the next, she's dancing about her room in her underwear. One moment she's talking to a friend and in the middle of the conversation she might burst into song- the one she has had stuck in her head all day. Who knows what her thoughts may lead her to do or look at next?

Combative: Defensive armor that covers her vitals, backs of knees, knees, arms and hands, and a steel mallet

Other Situations: The clothing on her back, a bag with books and a music player with random types of music on it.

PERTINENCE 

Lastoy has the ability to have a particularly abnormally strong appendage at any time she wants. She is able to control the strength of said appendage, length of time is it used, and timing, but she is unable to control which part of her body gets this immense amount of strength. This has led to many awkward fights, but this young woman is quite resourceful when it comes to this odd little problem of hers. As she does use the power, however, it does drain her of energy at a higher rate than usual, and makes her crave very calorie-heavy foods. 

When hurt, Lastoy is capable of speeding up just how long it takes her to heal by about 70%. A ten day healing process would, instead, take her three days. This power has similar limits as her strength; if she has more than one wound, she is unable to choose which one it will heal and it takes up a lot of energy. The energy consumption on the healing process is far more taxing on the body, and therefore requires intensive sleep, eating and resting for a short period of time. 

Lastoy was a disappointment to her family to begin with. She didn't really realize it or care when she was living her carefree young life. There was a second of her- a twin- that was just so much better than her at everything: academics, the arts, sciences, and almost anything that Lastoy had an interest in. Teachers and private tutors would ask just how there was such a stark difference between the two girls. However, Lastoy didn't see this any form of degrading on her part. She looked up to her twin sister and strove to be just like her. However, with her attention deficiency, and abundant amount of energy, the girl was diagnosed with ADHD once she hit puberty. 

Her abilities didn't appear until she was 18 and on her way home from her high school graduation. Deemed strong enough, she was sent to the school of Heaven in hopes that the staff  would be patient with her. They were, but the work provided, and the test of her strength caused her to be held back, and therefore made a bit of a laughingstock among her grade. Since then, she has worked hard at improving her control over her power and is determined not to accidentally screw herself over once again, and move up another year.
