Description

NAME: Riley Kedrov

Riley Kedrov is a twenty-seven year old female, height wise she's a bit taller than the average girl but not by much. Riley has red hair as fiery as her personality, her hair is rather long handing to her mid torso usually she keeps her hair in two long messily braided pigtails with part of her hair covering her face. Her eyes are a deep blue color that can be piercing to look at able to be both caring and cold. Riley isn't the strongest person but she is well built, what she lacks in strength she makes up for in her quickness both with her mind and body.

Clothing wise Riley is almost always wearing her brown overcoat and scarf over whatever she is wearing. Under the coat Riley usually is wearing a simple button down shirt, along with a skirt and black leggings and a pair of knee high boots. While her outfit choice is somewhat eccentric she couldn't care less what others think, other than her clothing Riley also dawns a pair of gloves to make it easier to work and a pair of work goggles fitted promptly on her head. Around her waist she carries all her necessary tools she needs to get out of a quick jam.
 


Personality
Riley is blunt, determined, and intelligent. Overall she is a nice person but will make it clear she has an issue with you, she enjoys the company of others but has little patience for mistakes. When it comes to machinery and psychics she is second to none, give her some scrap metal and she'll give you a working car. She can be stubborn at times and isn't afraid of arguing when she believes she is right.

Riley grew up working with tools and so she is used to being covered in a fine layer of grease, oil, and dust but to her it's completely normal. Spending an evening working on a new machine is far more appealing than going out on a date of any kind, reading a physics book is far more appealing than any other work of literature.


Equipment / Abilities
Precious Item: Her precious item is the jacket she is always wearing, upon losing her father the jacket appeared next to her and fit her like a glove. The jacket serves as a constant reminder that even though he is gone her father is there protecting her and keeping her safe.
Greatest Fear: Being in a situation where she is powerless, and even her intellect will not save her
With Fear Comes Strength & Courage (Power): When her father died there was nothing that Riley could do, even with years of training with tools, and years studying she was completely powerless and she hated that feeling that even though she prepared she was a failure. With her power Riley jacket transforms into a robotic exoskeleton giving her an increase to strength and allowing her to construct things far faster than normal.
Awakening Transformation: For her jacket to transform Riley must close the jacket completely and knock her fists together, her jacket begin glowing and the metal pieces on it begin to shift and duplicate forming a hard exoskeleton protecting Riley and allowing her to be a far more formidable opponent in melee combat. The tools around Riley's waist also merge with the exoskeleton allowing her to create machines on any given whim.


History
Riley grew up with only her father after her mother passed away during child birth, she has always been somewhat of a daddy's girl always spending time with him and having him teach her things. Her father was a pilot so she has been around machinery since she was a child, ever since she was able to hold a wrench you could find Riley helping her dad out in his hanger fixing his plane. Her father was always somewhat of a no nonsense man always expecting the best from Riley and his peers, which drove Riley to always practice her skills to not disappoint her father. There was nothing she loved more than working at her fathers side crafting something new or working on his plane, she would wake up with her dad each morning and head to his hanger to begin working for the day.

Except for one morning, her father allowed her to sleep in but Riley's sleep was cut short but a loud bang coming from her father's hanger. Riley kept from her bed and ran towards her fathers hanger, the building was engulfed in flames. Riley rushed into the inferno desperately looking for her father, she heard a faint yell over the roar of the flames. Her father was pinned under the body of his plane, Riley tried to get him out but there was nothing she could do she wasn't strong enough to get him out. Her father told her to leave telling her that if she stayed she would die too, she rushed out of the hanger just before another explosion rang from the hanger causing the roof to completely collapse in. Riley returned to her house not knowing what to do, layer out on the counter was her fathers jacket with a note attached to it reading "You are strong"
