Personality
BITTERSWEET

Marina is probably the nicest mean person you'll meet. She's rude, sassy, and straight up abrupt when it comes to her opinions. Don't even get her started on arguments. She believes that in any situation, she's right. Whether it's what move to use in a fight, or the best paints to use on a canvas, she's right. She hates being told no. Don't get her wrong, she'll accept it, but that doesn't mean she will like it. If you look past all of this, you'll see that Marina is a sweetheart. When she's not in her angry state, she can become quite silly, playful, and kind. She's protective when it comes to her family and close friends, and hates when they're hurt. When someone she cares for is hurt, she makes it her duty to get to the bottom of it and make them feel better, even if it means physically hurting someone else.


Pretty please?

Marina has ways of getting her way, even if you refuse. If she finds out that there is something in particular that you want or need, or have an embarrassing moment she knows about, you'd best believe that she'll blackmail, or give it to you, and make you give her something in return. What she'll do for you can be limited however, depending on who you are, what it is, and why you need it exactly. She can become sneaky, mischievous, and quiet when trying to find out any sort of detail. Luckily for you, this won't last forever. If she thinks that no matter how hard she tries, she won't get it, she'll give up. Again, she'll be pretty upset about such.




Equipment / Abilities
TALENTED ARTIST
Marina is a good artist, despite her saying she isn't. Her favorite thing to draw is a mother and a daughter, or the animals of the Congo Rainforest. Her father doesn't approve of her drawings, and would rather have her a martial artist, but can't deny her talent.

 STRENGTH
Growing up with your father owning a dojo will of course indicate that you have some sort of strength. Not strong enough to own a dojo, or professionally perform martial arts, Marina is strong enough to hold herself in a fight if needed. She has fast reflexes, which allow her to provide her opponent with surprise.

 Vocals
Not the worst singer in the world, Marina is actually quite decent when it comes to singing. This of course was uncovered after her various singing sessions in the shower growing up. She has of course sang outside of the shower, but not as often.


History
BRIEF HISTORY
As a child, Marina was always spoiled. She'd rarely have to ask for things, because usually she'd get them automatically. Her parents never argued much about anything, and they always seemed to get along, at least as far as she could see. Her father thought that owning a dojo would be a great success for him, and so the family decided to move closer to it. The move was Marina's first experience traveling, and she was happily settled into her new Tokyo home. While the dojo brought many riches to the family, she noticed something different. Her mother and father didn't smile that much at each other, and late at night it always seemed like they argued. One day, at age of ten, she saw her mother holding a suitcase, and was quickly walking out the door. She called out to her mother, but she never answered. After her mother left, she started to grow more depressed by the day. The only thing that seemed to make her feel better was drawing. She would draw all day, and sometimes all night. Soon enough, she started to smile. Years passed on and her drawing became a more skillful painting. When her father approached her about an arranged marriage, she was fine with it. She thought it would be an interesting adventure.

MARINA WILL TEND TO WEAR HER HAIR IN A MESSY UPDO, BUT SOMETIMES WILL WEAR HER HAIR STRAIGHT DOWN.
SHE HAS A HATE/LOVE RELATIONSHIP WITH DRESSES BECAUSE OF HOW PEOPLE STARE AT HER WEARING THEM.
