The Blue Eyed Man

He's sitting with a sort of quiet intent, watching.  Not warily, but a cool interest, a faint smile perking his expression.  A fixed stare is constant on his face, as if he's dissecting even the cuff of his jacket when he glances at it, or you.  His pupils are just a little too...tiny.  The atmosphere he pervades is unsettling.

Cool, but courteous.  Always ready to hear or tale, or give advice when asked.  Expects courtesy in kind.
