Uluna (Ula) Voss

Veiled in deep waters, submersed in intricate cultures.

While Ula has abilities that others may not possess, she doesn't use them unless there is serious reason to do so. Besides that she's a rather quiet person who keeps to herself, doing so has kept her from getting into trouble--by means of someone taking her seal skin.

She has developed the abilites to control water and converse with animals at will. Though the extremes to her manipulation of water can be anywhere from mild to extreme. One wouldn't want to find out the answer to that unsaid question though. Last, but not least the average abilities of a Selkie: Intense Eyes (Duping, Bribery, Interrogation, Diplomacy, Seduction, etc) and Strong Lungs.
