Victor Vice

Tall and well built - he's a big, muscled man with short black hair, longer at the top, and razored very short at the sides; and light brown eyes. He's got a couple tattoos on his body- one being on his upper left arm of the symbol of his city, and one at his lower back, a simple tribal design, relatively typical of the Police forces he was part of in his city.

Vice is a case on his own. He's a happy guy, always smiling and fond of making jokes. He's easy going and relatively laid back, but he's also a very nosy type of guy. He loves sticking his nose where he's not called and messing with things, as much as he loves messing with people. He's got a kind heart and a way of getting by with little to nothing. Resourceful. He's never afraid to take a chance and often does things without thinking much.

Vice is often seen wearing shirts and leather vests. No matter how hot or cold he weather, he seems to wear only that type of clothing. Often he carries with him a leather satchel bag with notebooks, a recorder, and the like. He likes accessories, and his favorite is a simple gold chain that he wears around his neck. He's been known to wear bracelets, arm braces, and the like as well.
Vice has no super-human abilities, but he does have a fair bit of knowledge. He's versed in history and knows some basic mechanics as well as some basic electricity- he's not proficient at these two, but he could likely get out of certain troubles in a pinch. He's an adept lock-picker and a chain-smoker. Because he trains almost every day, he's relatively strong.

His real name is Victor Wells. He was born in a country outside of Svalentia, grew up normally, and entered his country's police force. It was there that he got the nickname of "Victor Vice", and afterward simply went by "Vice". He was always a fond of discovering the history and secrets of the cities and countries he visited, and usually spent his free time and holidays pursuing this hobby. It is believed that some troubles with his superiors made him quit the police force and set sail to Svalentia. He's only arrived to the island recently, with his mind set on discovering the secrets on the most mysterious island.
