Other: He is almost never without a smile and always knows what level of formality is needed for a venture.  Despite his age, he looks very young and well-kept, possibly from surgeries, drugs or something else, but all the same.

He was born in Bayonne, France as a member of a noble family with males and females known to have served in the military.  He graduated from college with friends involved in both graduate schools nationally and internationally, several of whom contributed to the idea and system of schooling superheroes.  He has ties to the French Treasury and several puppet-private businesses.  He deals in finance, asset management and real estate, and tries to blend volunteerism and business.  He joined his business as a financial director and later became the chairman.

He also is associated in the Bilderberg Group as a chairman and an administrator of a charity for the handicapped.  He oversees North American and United Kingdom Operations.  He and others serve in a special administration that audits and supervises the curriculum for superhero students.  He focuses more on memorization and loyalty to their respective governments.  He spends his weekends in a castle and visits America for only a week out of the year.  He is married with three kids and is hoping for grandkids, but he might have bastards somewhere.
