Description
Damian's appearance gives the idea that he is around seventeen, but in reality, he's centuries old. He has a slightly lanky build, complemented by pale skin and indigo eyes, and is around 6 feet and 5 inches. He has thin, black hair that reaches his chin, and usually appears as if the wind was his stylist. His lips have a slightly pink appearance, due to the amount of blood he's drank in his lifetime. His skin is surprisingly unblemished, and the only scar on his body is a slight bruise on his neck. He usually dresses in dark clothing, pullovers and long, jeans pants, with sandals or sneakers.
Personality
To Damian, fun is seeing your victim writhe in pain as they take their last breaths. He believes his main purpose in life is to inflict pain and suffering on others. He also takes pleasure in defying any and all forms of authority. Some might describe him as a rogue, but he is on the contrary, quite loyal to those he sees worthy of his presence. He's usually apathetic, though some might view his anti-social nature as a sign of being depressed. When he does find someone he doesn't dislike, he can be the slightest bit nice. He also tends to tap his foot constantly, as he is quite impatient.
Equipment / Abilities
Improved Strength and Speed:
Vampires possess strength and speed much higher than that of a human, complete with incomparable grace, a different sort than the animalistic fluid nature of lycanthropes. Older vampires have greater power and speed than younger. Vampires often seem much faster than they truly are, however – with their mind tricks, they can be across the room in what seems like an eye-blink.
Improved Senses:
Vampires new and old possess senses much greater than that of humans. Even the newly dead have better hearing than most dogs, and their sense of sight is much greater as well. However, they do not have a sense of taste as they cannot ingest food.
Heightened Endurance and Resistance:
Vampires are resistant to many things – in fact, regular bullets will hardly slow them down and will heal nearly instantly. Wounds dealt by silver and lycanthrope/vampire claws and fangs, however, will heal with near-human slowness. Damage inflicted by fire and holy items backed by faith, such as crosses and holy water, cause permanent scarring.
History
Damian was born on the 3rd of November, to a wealthy family who resided in a large estate located in an equally wealthy community. He was but seven when a war left it and the surrounding towns and villages in a shambles. Damian, being one of the few survivors, was left to fend for himself on the streets. He became thin, cadaverous, even, due to lack of food. He did not stay in one place for more than a week, and wandered the country in search of somewhere to stay. At the age of eleven, he met a group of delinquents who accepted him as one of their own. After leading a life of crime and violence for many years, he was murdered in a fight at the age of fifteen. It was then it happened, he didn't know how, he didn't know why-- he just woke up, somehow. Due to his thirst for blood, and pale complexion, he concluded that he'd been reborn a vampire. The rest, well that you can imagine yourself.
