Personality
Lou is a charismatic and verbosely gifted individual with an entrepreneurial penchant who is as socially talented as he is sadistic, pragmatic, prone to excess and fixated on self-indulgence. He's exactly the kind of man necessary to lead the kind of establishment he owns: "Lou's Den". Lou has no allegiance, no limits, no rules and most importantly no morals. As far as Lou is concerned, everything has a price and ends justify means.
Equipment / Abilities
Equipment: -Each of his accessories (bracelet, ring, etc) is the host of a lost soul he obtained via a bargain. These souls are his to take advantage of as he wishes.
-Lou's Cane: A black cane with a ruby at its pommel and two decorative crimson stripes around its shaft. It is actually a 30" long concealed sword. The part that functions as the sheathe of the cane also doubles as a semi-automatic shotgun.
-The Wraith's poison: A powerful hallucinogenic drug injected by a needle concealed within a ring on Lou's left index finger.
Abilities:
-The Trade: Lou can trade anything (existing or otherwise) for a human soul. The soul has to belong to the trader either by being is own or by being held in contract. The soul becomes Lou's property at the term of 13 days on the strike of midnight.
-Spiritual Flame Manipulation: Lou can generate spiritual fire out of souls in his possession and control it as he wishes.
-Soul Mutilation: Lou can wound a being on the spiritual and physical level simultaneously. The average living soul can only resist 5 deep wounds before fading away. Soul wounds do not heal like physical wounds.
-Soul Conversion: Lou can take a soul and modify it, granted he can keep a ten second contact with the victim.
-Soulless Being: Lou can function despite having no soul of his own and by that very nature cannot be wounded on the spiritual level.
History
Lou Cypher's origins are enshrouded in a cloud of mystery, but it can be presumed he was born in the Pandorica by a mother and father of angelic and demonic persuasion. As such, while his age is unknown it can be presumed he is not "that" old. Lou's actions remained in the dark for the clearest of his life until three years ago when he opened "Lou's Den"; A club of debauchery where all forms of excess are accounted for. 9 floors of pure Ecstasy where everyone can get their fill, sloth, gluttony, envy, lust, wrath, pride, blasphemy, heresy... that is the base of Lou's Den. If the Den can't find what you need, or you're simply short on money, a little trade with the owner can settle the odds. Just make sure what you want is worth it.
Extra
Lou cannot make a trade outside of his Den and (for obvious reasons) he cannot make a trade with himself, like a genie, he can do anything for anyone other than himself.
