Personality

The Rebel: He's sick of living in the small, unknown town from the middle-of-freaking-nowhere. He's done with the villagers and their judgmental, holier-than-thou attitudes. But, most of all, he's sick and tired of seeing his father grovel at the feet of the other families for favors—for scraps that aren't worth the pride of a man. Bottom line: He no one's bitch.

The Lone Wolf: He's unapproachable. His demeanor is chilly and his attitude is bad. He's mean and when he's in a foul mood, the whole world is his stomping ground. He's not nice. He's not friendly. And he's definitely not looking for things like friends or love or intimacy. After all, the stage has always been him against the world.

The Bad Boy: He smokes. He drinks. He gambles and, damn it, he's good. He has unauthorized piercings. He doesn't wear his uniform by regulations. He doesn't do anything by the book and teachers have, largely, given up on him. They want him out of their class almost as bad as he wants to be out of theirs. He's barely passing his classes. He's not good with English. He's not much better with Japanese. His prickly exterior isn't an act covering up a softer side because, some times, a prickly front might just be all there is.
