Tiberius Sinclair

Tiberius is a young boy who is often mistaken for a girl because of his small stature and rather feminine looks. However, he has never really cared what others thought of him. Tiberius dresses in the same shade of blue as his hair, making his much lighter blue eyes stand out. His skin is pale because he doesn't really like the sun, often complaining that it's too bright. That is true for him because his eyes take in far much more light that normal, making him more sensative to bright lights.

This young boy has the power to control the blood flowing through his veins and he can even somewhat control the blood within another person. There is almost nothing that this boy can't do with his own blood. However, he can only control one part of another person at a time. He can form his blood into anything his imagination comes up with and he can even explode his spilled blood with just a snap of his fingers.
