Defining Marks: Her eyes. They tend to captivate the unsuspecting person into looking at them for longer than they expected.

Weakness: Materialistic, Possessive, Stubborn, Affectionate
Try telling her that her idea isn't good, and it only solidifies her mind. Once it's made up, it's Very hard to get her to change it. She doesn't like to open up to strangers nor does she intend to pour her heart out. In fact, she's a master in hiding certain emotions on the outside. Sometimes however, it builds up and takes things too personally. Doesn't know the meaning of personal space nor the meaning of, 'stop'. Her affection can also be shown in different forms. As an example, she once hit someone with a book when they were being stupid. That was her way of showing she cared and to try to make them stop being so stupid. Worked half the time. Despite all these things, she's a very caring girl. She'll always give someone the benefit of the doubt at first. Unless you seem like someone suspicious. Then, you have to prove yourself to her.

Abilities:
Biokinesis
The ability to control all aspects of a living creature's biological make-up. This includes but is not limited to, genetic alterations, physical distortion/augmentations, healing disease, and biological functions. More specifically, she can control her(Or another's) body at a cellular level.
Strength: She can heal herself, or anyone else from any injury. Old or new. She could change anything about herself, including hair color, eye color, even her physical form. She could shut down a humans heart if she got close enough.She's immune to toxins and poisons.
Neutral: In order for her to cause damage to others, she has to be close enough to touch them or else it'd be null and void. She has to touch bare skin, which can be a bit of a problem for her to try and explain.
Weakness: Use of this ability could be very painful and very draining depending on what she tries to use. I.E: Trying to change her facial features would cause her headaches and she'd be prone to dizzy spells. Trying to change her DNA would cause her excruciating pain due to the lack of training, plus, it's highly likely that she would fail.
Levitation:
Almost like telekinesis, but not really since she can only make things float a little. It's the weaker one of her abilities and hardly worth her explaining it. She can make an object levitate in the air for maybe a minute or so. She can't lift anything more than 20lbs and she can't really lift things that're out of her range. Her range consists of 15 feet.
Other: The girl has an excellent memory, thus enabling her to remember anything she wants, and casually forgetting what she doesn't want to keep. This, along with being gun savvy has helped her live in the slums that her family'd moved into years ago. Old habits die hard.
History
Past:Her family was on the lower income end of the ladder. Everything she owned was from the second hand store, or donated. With an older brother who was a bit on the more rebellious end, she had to try and maintain a good and respectable image to help her family, keeping a couple things about herself secret from her parents. No other kids could really heal themselves after getting a scrapped knee, right? After hearing about how people born with magic abilities, she decided to just wrap it up and not worry her parents. She took odd jobs here and there to get more money to the table and get a couple of nice, new things for herself. There was a few years that were, 'dark' for her. Kira had taken up a job with some drug dealers to deliver their goods to clients. The money she got was good, and so long as she never got caught, she didn't care. It paid for any needs she needed, along with helping out her parents. Nobody would suspect a sweet girl like her to be doing anything shady.
She never cared much for others opinions. They didn't understand or even know her, she made sure of that. So she never gave them the time of day. This led people to believe she was snobby, which she wasn't. When she entered high school, her father had gotten a big break and got promoted, giving their income a bigger boost. With more money, they could afford the nicer things in life. Something she appreciated and loved considering she got more nice things, and was able to escape the life of being an errand girl. It took its toll, however. She's got a slight addiction to Heroin, which she's trying to quit.
