Chirurgeon: Although many consider the use of her skills to be beneath the Autumn Queen, Sally regularly exercises the augmented medical abilities she gained from her stint in Arcadia.  The medicine she makes in her lab never spoils and never causes any unwanted side effects.  The wounds she patches up never scar and never get infected; and her patients feel no discomfort even during the most gruesome and bloody of procedures.  The door to Sally's workshop is always open to changelings in need of non-human, medical assistance--provided they are willing to return the favour.  Mind the spiders please.
