Lord Märchen

His eyes are a golden, nearly copper color, slightly slanted and exotic with surprisingly dark lashes.

His mouth is wide and his lips slightly thin. He rarely smiles.

His skin is a fair, gold-tinted color.

His body is athletic, but not powerfully built. In spite of this, because he is well over six feet tall, he seems imposing.

He appears to be approximately 30 years old.

His step is light. One almost never hears him coming, though they may see him.

Lord Märchen wears clothes in black or sun colors, always with a hint of exotic taste to them. If he wears jewelry, it is always gold and usually with an onyx or ruby gemstone. He usually wears long capes.

It would not take much guessing to understand that Lord Märchen is a very old fae, in spite of his youthful appearance. He seems world weary, aloof, and bored. His guests are here only to amuse him and help him pass the time. Quite rarely, he takes lovers of either gender, though he bores of them quickly. Anyone seeking Lord Märchen's love will be bitterly disappointed.

For the most part, he is content to watch his guests go about their normal lives, though sometimes he will set them tasks. He does not always expect the questers to succeed, though he won't set them up specifically to fail.

If a guest or servant calls upon him for protection, he will answer their call. However, he may set upon them certain (sometimes arbitrary) conditions for his protection, such as they will be safe from all harm as long as they stand upon a certain one foot by one foot tile or only if they wear red feathers in their hair or can turn their green eyes blue. One would be wise to only ask for his assistance if they are truly desperate.

He can produce small pouches of money, but it is almost entirely random what lies within. Even he does not seem to know.
