Quinn Daniels

Quinn has black, just past shoulder length hair that she keeps almost perfectly groomed at all times. Her eyes are blue, her skin is slightly pale, and she's over average height and weight, being about 5'5" tall and 120 pounds. She has astigmatism in her left eye which makes her require glasses. She often dresses in dark neutral colours and gets urges to die her hair different colours... She's yet to actually do that, however. She's seventeen years old and a senior at St. Claire Secondary.

"I suppose I'm okay. Really, dark, though. I mean, my hair's black, my clothes are black... A lot of people mistake me for a goth chick or something. I'm not, Seriously."

being asleep, quiet people, not being involved in drama (the kind with people, not acting), drama class, the human mind, azalea flowers, music, people who she can be with and not talk around but not cause awkward silence, kittens, the internet, rain.

people who insist on dragging her in to drama, people who need to talk just for the sake of hearing their own voice, bananas, meat, small things that irritate her, people who dis themselves, when old videogames stop working, when someone interrupts her when she's speaking.

She claims to hate drama, but whenever someone pulls her in to it she only fights minimally to stay out.

She needs to have the last word on most topics.

She's often hypocritical.

She's a pretty good person - enthusiastic and loyal despite being a bit detached and occasionally unemotional. It's not the easiest thing to get close to her, but once you do you have gained yourself a lifetime ally.

Erin Harker-Daniels, mother: When she was twenty-two, Erin brought Quinn in to the world. After delivering at thirty-seven weeks, just under term, Erin took good care of her daughter, and three years later Avery James Daniels also joined the family. Erin took good care of her daughter.

Richard Daniels, father: Rich married twenty-one year old Erin after two years of knowing her. They met at nineteen, and at twenty-one they had a quick engagement. Two months after the wedding, Erin fell pregnant, which brought along Quinn. Three years later his son, Avery, also came around. Rich was more involved in his son's life than his daughter's, leading to a detachment between the pair.

Avery James Daniels, brother: Avery is fourteen, three years and two months younger than his big sister. He's currently starting freshman year at St. Claire, and he wants to join his sister's 'posse' in hopes of learning his way around better. The two are quite close, though he often irritates Quinn.

• 3 years old: Avery was born, Quinn adores him.

• 5 years old: The family moves to St. Claire, California.

• 12 years old: Quinn has her first kiss in a game of "truth or dare"

• 15 years old: Quinn gets her first boyfriend - a sophie boy by the name of Jason. 

• 16 years old: Quinn loses her v-card to Jason, they break up two months later.
