Synopsis

Description
Rush fulfills most of the Spring Courtier stereotypes– passionate, flighty, and more than a little flirtatious. Though he seems a slightly odd candidate for the Bishopric, he's not completely ill-suited– he's a social butterfly, friendly as a golden retriever, and at his best the cool big brother type.

Unfortunately, his passionate Spring Court tendencies mean he also wears his heart on his sleeve and can never feel anything by halves. Though his name is in fact a reference to a rushing river, it's still apt to say "only fools rush in" in matters of the heart. He always plays the McCoy in any moral dilemma, more influenced by emotions (his or others') than anything else.

Now that he's in a position where changelings count on him for help and protection, he's trying to be more "pushy" and stubborn when it comes to the needs of London's changeling community, though some feel he's been acting more like a waspish high school student trying to get his way. His intentions are good, but... that's what the road to Hell is paved with.

Time and responsibility have mostly gotten him over his Leeroy Jenkins tendencies, but sometimes, when left to his own devices, they resurface.

Personality
Blond hair, green eyes, a nice dancer's figure and a roguishly charming smile make Rush the quintessential Spring Court pretty boy, even with his patchy scales, gills, fins, and now the collar of feathers that comes with the Blackbird Bishopric. Since becoming a bishop, he's tried to trade his cultivated frat boy look for something a little more serious (he wears more black), with slightly dubious success– he still looks like a misplaced college student, even with his status.
