Personality
Tanner is a spiteful person. He holds grudges and never forgives. Blinded by the city lights, he'd completely drop his street roots and walk the white tiles of upper east. He respects and admires his biological father and would do anything to gain the man's recognition, even if that means turning his back on his fosters.
Unlike most of his clique members in Velubian, Tanner hangs out with people outside his circle. He had to make connections after all, if he wants a strong line in the business—even if that meant slumming with some frat dicks or ditzy chicks. It's all gonna be worth it in the end, right?
He's a bully and adopts the Prince's way of life. But, in truth, he's constantly insecure and fear that people would see behind his facade and discover he's actually a fraud.

History
All his life, Tanner had always felt like an outcast. Being the only white kid in a black family, everyone knew he didn't belong. They knew he was different. And of course, no one liked different. He had always been pushed aside and trampled on—the last to be pick on a team and always the loner eating by himself in the run down street cafeteria. To everyone in his neighborhood, he was nothing more than a worthless piece of scum. He had nothing and he was exactly that—nothing. Resentment building in his heart, Tanner knew one day he was going to be someone great and then, every single person who had ever pushed him down will regret ever laying a single finger on him.
And sure enough, one day a black Limousin parked outside his family's apartment, earning a major crowd surrounding it and murmuring loudly by themselves, their eyes lit by the juicy gossip—no one here drove anything like that—and since then, everything changed for 15 year old Tanner Johnson.
It turns out Tanner was actually the son of multimillionaire Marvin Gunhold Senior, President and owner of MG Hotels, the posh, prestigious hotel known worldwide. It seemed that his uncle, blinded by the greed of his father's wealth kidnapped Tanner when he was still a newly born and sent out some people to assassinate him. Tanner got lucky when his foster parents found him crying alone in a ditch. His parents found him years later, when he was 7 but decided to leave him, thinking he's happy with his foster life. However, his father collapsed due to an illness and was hospitalized for a long time. This forced the family to get in contact with Tanner. He was their only child and sole successor of the company.
However, if Tanner was expecting a heartwarming touching reunion with his biological family, he was dead wrong. In their eyes held neither acceptance nor love, simply cold business. Even with his bloodline, not everyone in the board of directors agreed to entrust the company to a street punk who knew nothing about their their business. They voted against the President's decision and demanded the company to be passed down to a more worthy successor—Tanner's uncle. Conflict ensued before they finally made a decision. They will accept Tanner, if and only if he could prove his worth. And that's the story of how he got to Velubian Academy, the most prestigious and known school in Europe. Only if he graduates for said Academy with outstanding results will they finallt acknowledge his position and rest their demands.
So let's get on the story with his first year in Velubian, shall we? For the first time in his life, people looked up to him. It showed by the way their eyes lit up with awe and approval when they darted to his designer cloths. Girls threw themselves at him and Tanner, elated by the drastic change, happily accepted their offers. And with a black pit filled with resentment and vengeance as a heart, he easily filled into the Prince's crew. Tanner had opened the door to his new world, VIP pass in one hand and his parent's credit card in the other, and once he stepped inside, he never wanted out. He's here to stay and there's no one who can stop him, even if they tried.
