"Someone who's got as much to offer as I have. Sexy, smart, funny. Devoted good girl with a bit of a bad girl on her shoulder. Probably very motherly and sweet, as I want to have kids someday. WRAP YOUR GODDAMN PADS. I don't need to know it's that time of the month because you, haphazardly, threw it in the trash. Nearly all of Todd's friends are female so, naturally, they would comment on his charm.
HOW WOULD YOUR FAMILY DESCRIBE YOU?
"Our greatest creation; the world's greatest damnation. I kid. My mom does tell me that I'm her pride and joy. Father... he's been dead for nearly twenty years now...."
Todd's father was a soldier while his mother was a stay at home wife. Upon his father's death (some believe it was due to his traitorous nature), both Todd and his mother fled to The Holy Empire to escape persecution and humiliation. While his father was alive, he would always joke that his son was a 'chip off the old block.' Turns out, his father was right.
WHAT IS YOUR POLITICAL BELIEFS?
"Politics? Really? I guess I would say... Republican since everyone in my family votes on that side. But, as you can probably guess, I try to avoid politics. They aren't my forte and, quite frankly, they bore me."
Without any doubt, Todd avoids politics. It is politics that got him into trouble, after all. So, naturally, he would be anti-Britannia as it is causing him a ton of grief.

"I don't think I understand this question. Define values. If you're talking morals and such, I don't have any."
ARE YOU RELIGIOUS?
"Oh yes. I praise God everyday for letting me slip under the radar and for helping me to find my way to The Order."
There was a hint of sarcasm in his voice. So no, he's not religious, but he does pray when he's in need of some hope and salvation.
IN A TEAM, ARE YOU A LEADER OR A FOLLOWER?
Todd could easily be a leader, but, due to his inability to stick around, it is often best that he fall into the role of a follower. More than willing to step to the plate, when needed, the devious beau likes to believe that he will do his best and not bail ship. But, as he is the outcast of the group, Todd is more than aware of the fact that he's about pushed his luck. Thankfully, upon recruiting two people, he has 'redeemed' himself and secured his position in the Order. It suits him best to lead the underlings for it gives him a sense of authority while, at the same time, allowing him the chance to do as he pleases.
THE SLY always has lady luck on his side with regard to his Machinas. His skill, grace, and connection with them are impeccable. However, he's yet to master using the two simultaneously. Perhaps it's because they are too different? Or maybe he hasn't found the link between the two? Either way, he's free like the wind but mysterious like a storm.

"Yes. I have two Machinas - Thunder and Wind. And no, I'm not able to use them simultaneously."
DO YOU OWN A WEAPON? IF SO, WHAT KIND?
"Weapons?! I don't like fighting. I really don't like fighting...."
Although Todd isn't the violent type, don't count him out of the battle. He is quite handy with guns (despite his hate for them) as well as swords. He is also wise enough to make his own explosives from simple chemicals and he has been known to fight people off with daily household items.
PLEASE EXPLAIN YOUR PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES AND MACHINA ABILITY.
"Physical capabilities. Well, I can talk, write, sing, whistle, sit, run, walk, skip, jog, sprint, ride a bike, bend, lift, push, shove, pull.... You're talking about something more original, right? Because, let's face it, the vast majority of people can breath, eat, sleep, and shit. So, I'm going to go out on a limb here and tell you some unique capabilities. First, I can sing, really good. I can also paint and draw, professionally. I have a knack for breaking into things so you could call me a professional lock-picker. I can also hot-wire anything to make it work, granted it might take some time (I'm getting rusty). I've learned how to use a welding gun in my years and can hold my breath (underwater) for a pretty long period of time. I'm also a master at running without making noise. Losing people (giving them the slip) is another skill set I perfected."

With regards to his Machina ability, he tends to prefer thunder over wind just because it's loud, flamboyant, and unique - like him. He also likes to comment that his thunder cracks not once but twice, in the same spot. As expected, since wind and thunder are both fleeting, it only makes sense that Todd can dish them out fast and with much grace. It's also one of the main reasons he's got dexterity on his side - you need to have it when you're dealing with storms.
WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT OCCUPATION?
"The eyes and the ears of the Briish underground. I'm also a babysitter for the two rookies of the Order. Outside the Order, I'm usually in some shady alleyway making a deal. I collect useful information and I'm still in the business of trading items of rare quality."
Despite being 'off the hook,' Todd is still on the edge. It makes sense, though. Who could trust a criminal, especially a con artist with a silver-tongue and an ace always up his sleeve? Because of his reputation (his marred reputation), he is forced to be extra careful with what he says and does just because he doesn't want to... oh, you know, find himself with another enemy. It's bad enough Britannia wants him dead; he doesn't need the Order hunting him, too. Still, he can't help but be wary... so he has a plan, should he need to escape.

"Body guard. I'm a skinny guy. I'm not the strongest man alive, either. Let's just say I got roughed up and learned how to hold my tongue when in the presence of some higher up thugs."

"Being a wanted criminal. Living the high life. Fear's at its max and you're all about the high of the escape. Ladies loved me, boys wished they were me, and the Empire was just dying to have me. My face was everywhere and it was amazing. It was like being an idol, only way more badass."

"Something far away from civilization; where it's just the two of us."

"When the bride actually shows up and when her father doesn't try to kill me. If the cops weren't involved that would be nice, too."
