Synopsis
The silence falls, but it's not to be trusted lightly for in its wake lies the unknown.

Description

Nyrah, Nyrah Thra'Lamar, that was her name, that was what we remember her being called.  She was the youngest daughter to the Thra'Lamar family, a family that was well renowned by our people in LaZarrine.

She was merely eighteen back then, back when our homeland fell.  She had been at the peak of her training, her skill surpassing that of her brothers, but nothing could stop the pain she would go through when our Vallorian city fell.  Five years later, the now twenty-three year old still visits us, but it's not like we are willing to let her go.

Her eyes lay in a deep toxic green against her light pink-ish-purple skin, outlined with deeper purple lines that seemed to slash straight through them.  Her lilac hair fell to her mid back, but one could never tell until her hood fell, revealing such fair features.  She looked upon all with such a kind expression, her love for her people evident with her every breath, movement, and attack.  The pain she felt, the devastation in her eyes when she could not fight hard enough to save that which was dear to her, we still see it, it lays clear within her heart tearing at her every fiber.

She was a little short for many women in our city as she only stood at five-foot six, but it fit her one hundred pound figure beautifully.  She was something to witness, if only we were there in person to be able to see her now, to see how far she has come since then.  That skin, her eyes, her skill, and the deep, beautiful liquid that she was so gifted to have flow beneath her skin; she was truly a marvel.

Personality
Oh, yes!  Yes!  Miss Nyrah was such a lovely person!  She had such a great personality!

She was cunning in her skills, able to out think many of the fiercest warriors and fighters that ever came to our lands.  She was fast in her thinking and thought at least five steps ahead of her opponents.  On top of being quick with her blades and knowledgeable with her fighting techniques; many would come to watch her fight, just to try and learn from her.

Selfless, yes, that was Nyrah.  She was the first to offer her services to others, no matter the risk that it put her at.  She would give up her last loaf of bread if it meant that someone else was able to survive or benefit off of it!  Her blade was only lifted in the name of our people, but when it was lifted, it would not rest until either she or her enemies had fallen.

Nyrah was also a curious sort; she was attentive whenever anyone spoke, her full attention on those who were calling for it.  Her memory was something many longed for as well, she never seemed to forget a face or a story a stranger may have told her.  She really made you feel like you were something important, a person worth remembering.

She couldn't please everyone though, she did have her down sides.

Some claimed that she was nosy, that her interest in other sometimes went too far to the point where she just wanted to know everything about someone.  She never seemed to run out of questions, her interest never waning even if you had known her for years.  Granted, it wasn't always bad, but she just never seemed to understand the concept of 'alone time'.
She also was overly aggressive at times.  With her family's background in fighting and battle tactics, Nyrah didn't seem to understand that not everyone was raised in such a manner.  Even as a small child, her forms of play tended to be much more aggressive and assert than those of the other children.  She was never very good with dealing with delicate situations.

Nyrah also wasn't very good at reading others, especially emotion wise.  She seemed almost oblivious to most forms of reaction unless it was something big or ultimately effected her person.  She was never good at notifying families if they lost a loved one, of course after hearing of her means of how she did this, her family quickly sent one of her other siblings to take care of a task.  She just also seemed to blunt and clueless when it came to such matters.
An anti-Nyrah?  What would that be?  That is such an odd phrase...  Oh, you must be asking about the side of Nyrah that no one ever gets to see?  The one that she never lets people see or even know exists?  We know what you mean now and we can tell you, though she won't be very happy about it.

The poor girl is lazy, no one can motivate her to do anything.  She could just have to lift her finger to push a button to save the world and she wouldn't do that.  Of course, being lazy also promotes other gross, not so hygienic habits.  We won't go into detail on that though and just say that it's a good thing that it's anti-Nyrah that we're talking about and not our normal Nyrah.

She is strangely quiet as well.  It is very eerie being around the anti-Nyrah, you aren't being flooded with questions like you normally are when Nyrah is just being Nyrah.  It's the complete opposite; it becomes nearly impossible to get her to say anything to anyone.

You wouldn't think the the over bearing Nyrah could be anything but, but anti-Nyrah is very standoff-ish.  Not only is she quiet, but she does not want anything to do with anyone when her anti-personality arises.  There's no questions, words, or stories being told.  Instead you're greeted with glares, cold shoulders, and dead silence.

Equipment / Abilities
With as little gear and clothing as Nyrah has ever worn, she has always been a stealth fighter.  She has also has found herself sneaking upon the enemy to sabotage them, her poisons coming into a lovely blossom around then.

The curved, decorated blades that you see on her are the weapons that she uses to fight by your side, if you are lucky enough to not be on the receiving end of those deadly blades.  She wields those beautiful weapons much as an artist dances his brush across the canvas, she had become an artist of her own, her blades the prop, her movements like a dance.  Nia was her red blade, Zin was the blue; Zin was the boy and he always led in their deadly, but beautiful dance.

Nyrah can be a tricky one!  She may be a sweetheart that can literally cut your heart out, but her abilities will not benefit you if you are at risk of being on the receiving end of her blade!  She can be a tricky Vallorian, her memory serving to benefit you as she can actually remember who you are, but at the same time it can be a bad thing.  Using her memory to her advantage, it becomes easy for her to recall moments from her past to use against those she needs to.  With those memories and knowledge she is able to manipulate others.  She is also skilled with carving she is!  People in the village used to request for her aid when it came to skinning and cleaning the kills of the day because she was the best one at it!

You know, everyone used to say how Nyrah was very lucky with her element, especially when she took up the job of being the silent killer she is!  She got poison as her element, though it was not an easy thing to become accustom to.

Blood of the Toxic, or at least that was what the medics called it.  Nyrah's blood, it isn't just that, but a high concentrate of poison.  When battle parties would return, everyone would pray that she was not one to have come back wounded.  Her blood burns the skin, much like acid does.  It had always been a wonder as to how she never died from her own fluids.  It should also be obvious that one should not ingest her blood, her other bodily fluids, like saliva?  That seems to be safe so far, but then again, those who shared a water skein with her cannot testify to that any longer.

Nyrah had another ability with poisons, she called it Element of the Week.  We're guessing that she used her own blood, though no one ever watched her work as she was secretive about it, but she can develop and work poisons to cause different ailments from crippling people, poisoning people with a slow, painful death, or maybe just illness.  We don't know what she can do though, that was something she never told people.

She had also developed a way to use her poisons as a weapons' coat.  She used to let people she fought with even use it!  Though we're pretty sure that she just use the poisons she had made, but whatever it was, it saved out people many times over!

You know what else she could do?  She could call forth a bubbling brew!  We don't know how she did it, but she can just summon poison!  Then again, that must be like the fire Vallorians and being able to conjure fire right?  Either way it was really neat, though she was cautious using it around the fire Vallorians when they were trying to be sneaky; perhaps it's flammable?  We've also seen her channeling some sort of poisonous cloud, but she doesn't do that too often.

History
We recall Nyrah's past, but of course we would, we were there after all!  She was the youngest daughter of the Thra'Lamar family, a family that was known for producing the best fighters!  Oh, wait, we seem to be repeating ourselves now...  Hmm, where to start then.  She had ten other siblings, most of which taking their blades up as ravagers or commandos, though it was not odd to fight with a Thra'Lamar of any class by your side.  Their family was very military-like, some people actually fearing for the well being of the children, but when they would see young Nyrah emerge beat up, her face beaming in delight, the critics calmed down in an odd sense.
They all started training as children, but then again, you had to to become as skilled as them.  As the siblings grew older, they would take up their weapons and head out in groups to complete tasks for our people.  But, things started getting weird as Nyrah's eighteenth birthday was approaching.  Word was going out that the space time continuum was, well, it was bad, it wasn't working and no one could figure out why.  Poor Nyrah, it had to happen on her birthday; the city was planning a celebration too.  She was going to be assigned her own permanent group like her siblings before her, but that was when the portals started opening up everywhere.
Creatures, of all kinds, some we knew but many we didn't, they all appeared and not just within the city.  All of the fighters took up their weapons, including Nyrah and her family.  They all went out to fight to protect everyone!  But, one by one, they all fell.  It pains us to remember this day.  Nyrah, her father fell, his last breaths were taken in her daughter's arms as his children were slaughtered around them.  What was supposed to be a momentous day for her turned into one of tragedy.  With his last breath, Sir Thra'Lamar told his daughter one thing that was very strange for someone in his family to do, and that was run.  He knew his daughter was a stubborn one though, the sounds of screams of people dieing, it would not let her leave, she would have fought to try and save any last one of us.  Her father was a wind elementist though and he sent his daughter away, to somewhere safer than where they were.

Oh please, please don't ask Nyrah how she feels about the continuum!  Please, please don't.  That day when it tore open, her birthday of all day, it still haunts her and we really don't want her to be troubled by it!  We know how much it pains her to think back on that day and what had happened.  We don't think she celebrates her birthday anymore, but rather, she mourns on that day.  That isn't right.  If we could, we would go back and fix all that, but we really aren't in that position, now are we?

Could you do us just one thing?  We know you're probably tired of hearing from us by now, but please just follow this one request.  Give Nyrah a future, help her find a reason to go on, a reason to live and push forward.  We know what she does by visit those ruins constantly so please can you help her let go of that which burdens her and show her that the future is still bright?

Extra

When time traveling, Nyrah's hair becomes blond, her skin falling to fair shade.  Her scantily clad armor becomes more and is plate mail rather than leather.

Ooooh, you want in on the meaty stuff of Nyrah now?  We can help you with that!  You want to play good and bad to figure it out?  Well, let's start with what Nyrah doesn't like!  Bad news first, right?  She loathes lazy people, being a stealth class, she's always up and about, full of energy.  She also doesn't like sleeping because sleeping leads to nightmares, which are very frequent if you couldn't guess.  She really doesn't like being alone either.  Don't get hurt either please!  The thought of losing another close to her is just about enough to get her to fall to pieces and even if it came to that, don't expect her to run or leave your side.

Time for the good news, yay?  After hearing about that, I bet you want to hear what Nyrah likes, right?  First of all, she LOVES apples, they are, by far, her favorite food!  She enjoys sparring because it's training for her and she can better herself.  She also just loves winning!  With her family and city gone, she no longer gets the compliments or praise that she used to, so be sure to give her lots because they keep her pushing forward!  She also loves getting to know people, she likes bonding with people; the more people she talks to and the more she knows makes her feel less alone.

You know, even with everything about her, don't be too hard on her if she ever gets on your nerves.  If you ever start showing like you're irritated with her, watch her, her hands will fall to the numerous piercings in her long slender ears.  There are seven piercings in each ear and six of those seven belong to her family that had fallen on her birthday.  She went back once the broken lands were named, found the bodies of her family and took an earring from each, as they acted much like dog tags for her people.  Whenever she becomes scared or nervous, she reaches for them, feeling like her family is with her when she touches them.
