Grimoire:

Name.   Grimoire Vox Populi

Abilities.   Religious believers say singing is praying twice, which is part of Sabine's power.  Her tome grants her the ability of voice and through her own voice is capable of a few things.  First, her 'prayer'; through song, the blonde is able to empower her brother, making him stronger as he fights for them.  The difficulty of the song can determine the strength of the empowerment.  She can will him to fight, build his defenses, make him stronger, or any of the like.  Next comes the fated scream, a last resort to the female as fears from her past well up in her mind.  Her deafening is her own defense meant to stun those around her as well as calling her brother to her aid.  This scream offers her brother a big but short bust of power to return and protect his sister.  Finally, Sabine can silence those around her; she can stop the scream of a baby, the shout of man, or conversations she has no interest in.

Other.   Her grimoire comes with a number of draw backs; her voice abilities only works while there are those around to hear it.  If Killian can no longer hear his sister's voice then he does not receive any of the aid they can grant.  Her scream causes her to lose her voice so she is very hesitant on doing so.  Being as her talent uses voice, her breathing is very important to it and hence it is something that can be easily stopped.  Her songs are also linked to her past so in order to grant her brother whatever it is she can, she must mentally relive some part of her past.

Manipulation.  Always being one to analyze things, it didn't take long for Sabine to grow fond of the more intellectual side of things.  Her brother comes off as the leader, the one who does all the work.  It is not uncommon for her sister to use her brother's blood lust to her own advantage.  She is aware of how he had adapted even since they were children, only now she knows how to use it and be the puppeteer if you will.
