Jack Snow

Snow is an avid talker, and enjoys the art of conversation. Often when engaged the opposition feels as if they are immediately on the defensive as if their very fundamentals are under attack; often they are. Snow is a man of many questions but of few statements. Snow is an inquisitive man of precision and calculation enjoying thought experiments and speculation into the future of other's affairs. In a world of seemingly infinite possibilities he believes all is suspect. 

Snow is an avid thrill seeker both professionally and romantically.  Snow's rational and logical thought often leaves him bored with the mundane life of a the average High-Rite. He seeks excitement, adventure, and most of all challenges. The rush of the unpredictable and unexpected are alluring to Snow's intellect.

Some will tell you that Snow is delightfully charming; others will weave tales of character and strength of will; there are even rumors in some circles of his more mischievous side. However there is one common denominator to all of these stories, all of them are true. Jack Snow is a man of many faces and professions. A doppelganger in a sea of diversity, Snow is a master of identities.

Most fail to realize that none of them actually know what kind of man Snow is; just that they know what their perception of Snow seems to be.

Snow like all High-Rites has particular physical enhancements as well as personal training and specialties.

Snow is trained in various fighting techniques and martial arts. Snow can handle most weapons efficiently but he favors two above all. With him he carries a colt 1911 .45 and an assortment of kunai. It is rumored that the .45 belonged to his father as an 'antique' and the kunai were his mother's favorite tool. Shortly after their disappearance he adopted them both as his own in memory of his parents.

Snow has the standard package of sense Alters however his eyes have been increasingly altered over the years to provide him with the ability to see different spectrums of light and enhanced magnification.

Snow has also shown feats of great strength. He is known to be capable of moving large objects, and warping some of the strongest metals with his bare hands at times. It seems Snow has more than a few secrets about his past that are not well publicized. 

To compliment Snow's increased sight he's invested heavily into an agility and speed alter that allows him increased movement speed as well as reaction. Often he can perceive events seemingly before they happen but of course it's just because of his increased perception and speed.

Jack was born into his wealth, power, and some of his abilities. At a very young age it is known that his parents disappeared and in short he inherited all their wealth, power, and prestige. In two short years he turned the family business around into a multi-billion dollar operation, and then proceeded to walk away from it, leaving stakeholders to question his sanity. He's spent the rest of his life wandering from one profession to the next, never settling on one thing for too long. Most recently it is rumored that he's taken to political council. Snow has publically declared he holds no political allegiance, and takes no part of political endeavors. He has however been noticed to frequent some of Valker's more exclusive circles and it is said he has counseled on many upcoming political agendas.

The question is not "What is Snow up to now?" but "What will he be up to next?"
