Cil'qi Webb

Little is known about this monstrous young girl outside of the fact that many that lay eyes on her are never seen again.

Cil'qi is a waifish girl with almost ghostly pale skin and flowing white hair that cascades down over her slender facial features. Often dressed in little more than the tattered remains of a silk dress, she often wanders the forest in her bare feet, regardless of the weather.
