Personality:  Though Listella is very quiet, you don’t want to mess with her. She has a lot of confidence and has a bit of a temper when messed with. She prefers to be reading instead of talking to others, but she talks because she has to somehow get the ideas out of her head. She doesn’t like being in crowds, due to her claustrophobia that the scientists had instilled in her during the experiment for self-defense reasons only. She can perform in front of a crowd if she wanted to, but usually doesn’t because she feels like a freak at some times.

Abilities:  Quicker thinking has granted her the ability to observe someone’s movements and have a good idea of where they may go or what they might do.

She is able to do math problems really fast in her head.

She can read sonic waves of people, items and things around her, and able to see it in her head.

She is in the process of training her mind to move items outside of her head.

Weaknesses: She has claustrophobia, the fear of being in an enclosed space. When she is in an area with too many people or in a small space, her “vision” gets really bad. Of she cannot see, she gets frightened. She is also scared of anything touching her eyes.  

Weapon(s) of choice:  Though she doesn't like to fight, she can fight with swords and other short range weapons. 

History:  When Listella was born, she was unwanted, though she was kept. Her mother was a scary woman- always on a drunken rage. She abused Listella verbally and physically until she grew bored of it. But when she did grow bored of it, she had become depressed. She was going through rehab, but there was a terrible backlash. Finally, her mother was tired of the misery… And ended it with a gunshot to the head.

Before Listella’s mother was a mother, she was a scientist. A scientist on genetic mutation. She gave up on it and went to drinking when she found out how many children she had messed up and felt like a failure when Listella was born. The scientists that worked with her were like family to her, until she pulled herself out of that circle.

Only Listella was pulled back into that circle after her mother died.

Her father was one of those scientists and he got her when her mother died. He didn’t care about her though. In fact, she had become very independent by the time she was 10 years old. She had learned how to cook, clean and entertain herself while her father worked endless hours at the lab.

When she was 13, her father came home even later then usual. When she asked about what was going on, he just stared at her and said, “We ran out of test subjects. And we’re now using our own children.”

After hearing this, a tranquilizer gun was pointed at her and was shot. When she woke up, she was in a hospital room with bandages over her head and eyes. A year had gone by and she had been blinded and silenced, talked about as if she were a caged animal. She was able to listen to what was happening around her, and ideas that were not her own had built up in her mind.

When the bandages were removed, her father’s proud face stared back at her. She had been the only successful test subject. The only one of her kind. She was human. Only a freak.

And with that, they began to train her. Making her use her mind for things she never would have. After a year, her training had made her realize that she has a power unlike any other- Enhanced brain power. She was permanently blinded, but her mind was able to read the sonic waves around her and tell her what her surroundings looked like. She could do math in her head faster and many other things that she slowly began to discover.

But the scientists wanted even more. They wanted to release her into the world, and figure out what she would do there. They found a school and sent her to it when she was seventeen… And that is where she is now.
