Personality

She is very quiet. Rarely speaking she was raised to be the perfect traditional Japanese daughter, despite being adopted. When she was old enough to realize she wasn't like her parents, she tried her hardest to please them and do everything exactly as she could. Sachi has incredible determination, and refuses to give up on anything. Generally happy, she'll have a small smile on her face almost all the time. But it takes a lot to anger her, watch out if she ever scowls. She loves helping people and feeling useful, she hates to feel like a burden.

History
What happened to her birth parents is unknown. Sachi was found by a small Japanese family and raised as their own child along with their only son Haru. Raised in Japan she became one of the community and one of pure Japanese culture. She knew the foreign land better than most of her neighbors. Sachi always felt bad, knowing that she was a burden, not blood. But her family never treated her as such. She was their daughter, just as much as Haru was their son. But her family was always busy running their small restaurant, so Sachi spent lots of time with her brother. 

Haru taught her how to fight, as well as meditate. He taught her how to sing and helped to foster her great talent. Sachi respects Haru far more than anyone else. No one can say a bad word about him or they receive an instant fist to the face. Followed by an apology of course, but the fist always comes first.

Learning about her abilities came late, Not having her real parents there to teach her. It started with playing with the water in the koi pond in their garden. But then it quickly turned into being able to mimic the fish and become just like them. Already feeling like a burden to her parents, Sachi never told them about the strange things she was able to do. She didn't want to shame them so she kept it hidden, not even her brother knows.

On her twentieth birthday, Sachi's parents gave her something they found with her when she was just an infant. A beautiful pendent cut into the shape of a dragon. With it was a note scrawled out in beautiful elegant handwriting. It was in English, from her real mother. It told her that the pendent, she should never be with out it. It was also that day that she received a letter from the Posterma city college. She was to be sent there for school. But when her brother fell ill the day before she was to leave she held off going. She waited for him to get better before she would leave him to go to school


Extra
Her hair always got her odd looks. But as a child she learned to deal with the natural abnormality. However, she isn't a fan of random people touching the blue locks. She can deal with the odd looks her hair receives, but its her eyes that get the most attention. Pure white there is virtually no distinction between sclera and the iris and the pupil.
