Synopsis
Seraphina is a rose guarded by high powered, electric fences. She's tough and hardened and very smart, and has learned to trust no one.


Description

Naturally two toned hair {most likely due to the radiation from the explosion of a factory} form curly locks framing a soft face.
 Bright, sea green eyes with a dark blue rim blink from behind long black eyelashes.
Bright white teeth smile against golden skin.


Personality
Manipulating. Not to be messed with. Kind of a bitch. Untrusting.

A quick mind. A gut instinct. Killer combat abilities. Expert acting skills. And a strong will to survive, no matter what.


History
 Seraphina is from District 8. She never quite took an interest in the making of textiles, her district's industry, but she learned it anyways. Her deceased older brother taught her how to survive and how to keep people from walking over her. She grew up despising the Capitol because of its selfish ways. Her rebellious and independent nature make her a force to be reckoned with. There's a reason she never places her trust in others.
