An introverted young telepath picked up by Delta Green at an early age

Kayla has a model's build. Tall, lean, and shapely she has a body that is desired by all women, except herself. She has pale, near perfect skin that comes from being born so far north. The only mar on her otherwise flawless body is a thin, jagged scar that runs from her left shoulder to the top of her right breast, the only memento of her life before Delta Green. Kayla has wavy blond hair that frames a beautiful face with thin lips and high cheekbones. When one looks at her though, the first thing they will notice is her stormy gray eyes, eyes that seem to stare strait through people. The only makeup she wears is a black eye shadow that she claims helps her focus, though it's never been proven by anyone to be true. Due to her shy nature, when Kayla is not on assignment she tends to wear very baggy clothes in order to hide her curvy body from unwanted looks.

When necessary Kayla can be one of the most helpful and trusted on the team. She doesn't hesitate to use her skills to the breaking point if it means a team mate will make it out alive. When not on a mission however, she tends to keep to herself. That is not to say she isn't friendly, if someone were to start a conversation she would happily talk to her fellow team members, however due to her ability she tends to finish other peoples sentences, making her seem a bit annoying at times.

She is very self-conscious about just about everything about herself and will often squirm when in a large group setting, scanning all around to make sure no one is staring at her.

Kayla is a decent marksman, while not being the best, her training demanded that she learn to use several types of firearms to some degree of skill. Kayla's real assets however lie in her telepathic abilities. This ability serves two purposes; the first and more easily controlled of them is her ability to read minds. While she is not ever able to turn this off completely she can extend and retract it's range, ranging from a ten foot radius to a three hundred foot radius, though holding it at maximum for too long causes extreme strain on her. The second and more unpredictable power that she has just recently discovered is the ability to push thoughts into other peoples minds, bending them to her will for a time. The down sides to this newly discovered ability are that she has to be in contact with the person to push them and afterwords she develops an excruciating headache. This gives it much less use in a practical situation until she has had much more training with it.

On a non-combat related note, she is an exceptional violinist. She finds it is one of the few things that helps drown out the thoughts of others that float around in her mind.

Kayla keeps her abusive past to herself so that it can never find her.
