Personality
¬ Personality: Jack is rather stubborn in the fact that he wants to see things through once things are started. He absolutely won't give up until he gets his way, or dies trying. Casualties don't really matter, as they are bound to happen in wars or battles. So long as there aren't too many on his end and more on his enemy's side, he'll be one happy camper. Things have to be done right the first time around and if not, there'll be some heavy consequences.

Since he's a rather young person in an important position, this causes him to be extra firm and strict with people. He hates when there is anyone slacking off on a job and gets on their cases with a vengeance. If he plans to be a good leader, he can't have people not doing their jobs. It would set a bad example to him, and to the entire section he's taking care of.

To those he does seem to trust, which is rather rare, he shows a bit of a softer side. He will still not hesitate to set you straight if you cross the line however. But he will do it with less of a bark. Sometimes he will be lenient on a good day. Allow a bit of a break if all the work is done. Then he will promptly send you off on another task and tell you to get back to work.

Equipment / Abilities
¬ Weapon(s) of Choice: Double Ended Scythe. (able to separate and collapse)
Influences the mind by persuasion  +  Technopathy. This means he can push his own opinion, or help influence other people's decisions. In example, he can persuade a person to thinking they can trust him completely just by his mind, and looking into their eyes. Of course, this means he has some repercussions. He gets a major headache and tired. It also depends on how strong the person he is trying to influence is. The stronger they are, the more energy he will use up.

History
¬ History:
Much of his childhood was fairly normal. Minus the fact that he could somehow always convince his parents to give him a few things he wanted. He used this to his advantage whenever he chose. Too much usage had it's drawbacks however. He'd found himself incredibly drained, since he wasn't used to things as much and was not as trained. His powers still leave him weak, especially if he has to try and influence someone to do something that would normally go completely against their will. Due to this, he can sometimes be seen slightly sluggish, or tired before he collects himself and continues to do his job.

He hates his weaknesses pointed out, or be seen by many. He hardly ever uses the techopathy unless they need new information, or need a distraction. He had grown bored of everyday life and found it dull. He saw much more potential for himself, and in what could be done to the world in a new order.
When the time came to snatch up a chance to join he took it. Bandits had come to his home in a raid on his town, and to 'save' his parents he agreed to join them. He was young enough to serve a purpose and be taught in their ways. So they spared his parents and took him with them. Considering his powers and ability to get the job done no matter what, he rose the ranks despite his age. Anyone who had opposed him either learned that he was no pushover.
