Personality
¬ Personality: Cole can be the nicest guy in the world, he even is most of the time.  He has money, but has been raised not to flaunt it.  But he will help others in need when necessary.  But when it comes to his sister, friends, or family being put in danger, he can be cold as ice.  He won't hesitate to jump into a fight to protect someone.


Equipment / Abilities
¬ The Item: the Tiara of Ice - [ Ice ], Yeah its a bit odd for a guy to have, but Cole is making the best of it.  Hats help hide the rather obvious magical item.
¬ Weapon(s) of Choice: Switch blades, usually hidden on his person.  Street fighting is also a strong skill from living in the city.
Ice: This hero has magical powers that allow the user to freeze time. Although this freezing of time isn't necessarily, long, it's long enough that the hero can make a move. Moreover, when freezing time, the elementalist can also slow time. In other words, one second could end up acting like one hour. But the wielder of this ability will easily tire from using this power. Nonetheless, he also has the ability to create weapons from ice as well as shields. Ice shields are said to be the strongest of all the shields, so it only makes sense that he have great defense. The Ice Elementalist does best on cool days and will grow tired during hot temperatures. Moreover, the ice will melt at certain temperatures, and, when it does, he can no longer control it. Ice can only control ice.  He is still learning how to use and control these powers.


History
¬ History: Living in the coty of New Vegra his whole life, Cole is definitely a city kid.  Crime being a daily part of his life, especially with his parents being in the middle of it all.  They are crime lords of sorts, making him a different kind of royalty.  Not that anyone would know.  The success of his parent's operation was build around ambiguity.  No one can know of them and they can't be found out.  Due to this Cole is able to blend into a crowd and become part of a crowd.  This was true until a la'Ronk noble decided that his younger sister would be a good servant for his bastard son.  Cole and his family tried what they could to pay off the man, but it ended up with his sister being kidnapped.  He tried to go after them, but she stopped him, claiming he could get her when they least expect it.  That's when he got a tiara on his head, which he cannot remove.

¬ Hometown: New Vegra, Ceil'fant.

¬ Other: Cole usually wears a hat of some sort to cover his tiara, as it is seen as odd for a guy to wear one, even on formal occasions.
