Arthur Kirkland (Patient 24601)

The Patient is prone to fantastic 'delusions' which he writes down in his 'private' journals.He tends to speak and write in code some days. He seems peaceful enough but can explode into anger at any given moment, and may become quite violent. Because of this he is usually restrained in some fashion. His progress has been extremely slow and at times stalls completely.
He refuses to speak to anyone properly and it seems only Doctor Francis Bonnefoy has seen any improvement, according to his clipboards at least.
