Personality
Rue, as Olivia goes by is your typical high school princess.  For the most part she's reserved, really only going out of her way to speak with those in her close circle of friends, yet even with that, she does not give off an unapproachable aura.  She isn't the type to blow a person off and should they ask for help, she will be sure to follow up with her promise.  She is always on top of her game whether in academics or sports, but does not let that effect her personality; she's modest and is always there to thank those that compete against her or provide her any sort of challenge.

Or, at least that is the facade that the blue eyed beauty puts up.

Once the curtain of the day has been closed, Rue's true colors actually come out as a hot headed teen that only looks to manipulate others.  Though she seems to just follow her friends around during school, she is a leader and will find even the smallest weakness a person has and play on that.  She's devious and should she benefit through falling through on a promise, she will, but no one can get mad at a princess though, right?  Very few people actually see her true colors as outside of school not many people seem to wish to hang out with the woman, in fact, the members of the Host Club tend to be the only ones that see Rue for who she really is.

The blonde adores the Host Club, especially for the fact that people go there to see her and just listen to her.  At times, it almost seems like the roles for her and her guests are reversed as those that are more shy towards the woman refuse to let her pour tea for them and take over on that job.

There are times when she likes to sneak off, usually to a small abandoned green house in the far back lot of the school or to the music room when she's clear that everyone is gone.  Rue enjoys playing the violin and often finds that it is one of the only times she is able to truly let herself go.  She also enjoys gardening, or at least the fruits of the work when the plants are in bloom and the weight of the air changes with the greenery.  More than once, the girl has almost been caught by the night guard as she stays, trying to clean up the greenhouse and maintain the plants late into the night.

Equipment / Abilities
A Princess isn't one to carry things, though she is required to keep check of her school materials.  On her person at all times is a silver chained necklace with a shooting star charm; it was a gift to Rue for her fifth birthday before her parent's fighting got out of control.  She also keeps a small white with blue trim purse on her person that holds her cell phone and a small pocketbook on gardening.

History
Rue is the daughter of a Congressman and a fashion designer, both whom had never anticipated having any children.  In fact, Olivia Rue was only conceived due to a night of intoxication after both parties had received news of their successful endeavors.  The two however, were not married, nor engaged and after their romp of the night, went their two separate ways until one day, Rue's future father was greeted by a very fazzled beauty on his doorstep early one morning.  Upon hearing the news, like many panicked couples, they wed and 6 months later, being premature, a tiny Rue was born.

Her premature birth worried the two parents as they had the infant child on constant watch by private doctors until she was a toddler and it was more than evident that the child would live.  Both parents worked constantly, her mother traveling the world to put on fashion shows and photoshoots while her father, when home, would lock himself in his office, behind a mountain of papers and old leather bound books.  This didn't necessarily upset the child and the constant attention from the household maids was enough to keep her happy.

As years went by and the babe began to grow old enough for school, her parents started fighting in the limited time that they would see each other.  From time to time it was about school and how the girl was to be educated, other times it was about how she was always locked up in the house which usually led to arguments about how her being home was like a punishment to her father.  Rue caught on to their fighting and saw how it caused the maids to scurry about and do whatever they could to appease the fighting couple and to keep them from fighting in front of their child.  Never once did the girl cry though, rather, she learned from that behavior and soon found that her anger and demands got her further than her cheerful behavior did.

Though her parents didn't divorce, they did live apart from each other, Rue being taken in by her mother whom quickly enrolled her into public schooling.  It was in the early years of elementary school that she learned that her bossy demeanor did not work on her classmates as well as it did on the maids at home; they would ignore her, tell on her, and just did not do as she wished.  After numerous complaints by parents, Rue's mother pulled her from her first school and enrolled her into another.  That was there she was able to really start her Princess act.  She found that acting meek and silent, almost innocent to a fault brought about a desired reaction.

Throughout elementary school the blue eyed girl was able to continue working on this facade and when her mother enrolled her into Colville Academy, per request of her father, it was only natural that she join the Host Club.  As much as she wanted to be in control of the group, her act would not let her do so, but that didn't mean that she would not stick closely to the leader of the group, which she had.  For the most part, where ever he was, she was sure to be there.
