Disability: Forgetfulness- Has always been a little exciteable, but now, due to a few reasons, but mostly to the way she uses magic, she has problems keeping her attention focused on any one thing and can often forget stuff. Trusting- Has too trusting of a nature, usually believes whatever is said to her as long as she has no reason to think otherwise. So can come off as naive/ helpless.

Abilities: As a mage she knows many spells and such, and her skills as an alchemist are impressive. Naturally talented in those areas she can usually figure out the manner in which something works fairly easily by watching and inspecting it. Has developed a few types of spells, and potions herself.

Developed a unique system of using magic, in which all of her spells are memorized and always ready to cast. Due to this system however, she is even more scattered mentally when it comes to anything not magic/writing/book, etc related. And although it also makes it harder for her to run out of energy because of a slight but constant drawing in of magical energies, it also contributes with her memory problems and causes her to seem constantly hyper.

Telepathy- She doesn't know where this ability came from and is even barely aware that she has it. She just knows that every once in awhile she seems to know what people are thinking without even realizing it.

Biography:

Once upon a time, a beautiful spring morning would witness the birth of a an elven child, a daughter to a pair of elves. Both were proud of their little girl, naming her Zerillia Sapphire Preeri.

Both of her parents weren't all that much of anything, decent and good people but nothing special. That would be why, when Zerillia started showing magical aptitude from an incredibly young age, they would be very surprised. Especially when told that she had a lot of it at her fingertips. And so they would do what they could to encourage this aptitude which luckily would turn out to be a great passion of Zerillia's. She enjoyed studying, reading, writing things, experimenting, and many more other areas of study that were magic related.

One would think that school would have been a wonderful experience for her, but in the end it would turn out to be a nightmare for the poor girl. Although she was always incredibly friendly and kind, always willing to try and make friends, the other students were usually not so keen on making friends with her. Mostly that would be because of the fact that she always did so well and with such little effort that most of them would begrudge the natural talent that she had been born with and of course that meant that a lot of them would treat her terribly. And so with little in the way of friendship, or others to talk to, she would end up spending most of her school years working in the library and with her teachers. Before she graduated, she'd read every book in the massive library and had developed her own manner of using magic.

Even before she finished school, she would start working on developing new magics, such as spells and the like and working with alchemyy to make new potions and other concoctions to try and help others. That wouldn't change once she had graduated either. And after school, things seemed to get with her discoveries that she shared among the community. At one point she would even end up getting into her first relationship with a man. He seemed nice enough and she liked talking to him in the like and he would even seem to respect her and her boundaries....

Until one day when he would finally get tired of the fact that she wouldn't sleep with him yet, and took her by force. Him doing so would of course show that he didn't truly care for her, and it nearly destroyed her having such a thing done, but due to her strong will she managed to survive. And she would even report him to their village elders, hoping that they would believe the truth.

However, through what he did to her, she would end up pregnant and although many others would have given up their baby, Zerillia had chosen to keep it. Unfortunately the news of her pregnancy got to the ears of the child's father and he would pay her a visit. And he would try to convince her to get rid of the child, but she of course refused. He only wanted her to get rid of it because it would be physical proof of his deeds of course...

When there would be no way for him to convince her, he would resort to violence and viciously beat her until she miscarried before taking his leave of her... He had found her in her laboratory that day and in the process of beating her, he would have pretty much destroyed it. This would give several dangerous properties to mingle and before she knew it, her home was on fire. Zerillia would barely make it out before the house collapsed.

These events would cause her a deep sadness and she couldn't take anymore of it, couldn't take living in that village and so she would leave that very night disappearing into the forests.

It wouldn't take her too long until she had been able to make herself a wonderful looking home up in the trees, where she would rebuild herself a lab and continued on in her studies and developments. Completely dedicating her life to magic.

Over the years she has lost her home several times due to the severity of her memory problems. But she usually ends up finding it again after varying amounts of time of wandering.

During one of those times she would meet a lizardfolk barbarian who surprisingly enough would actually take to her. Perhaps due partially because of her unabashed acceptence of all. But either way he would eventually declare his love for her. And she would for him. Although their relationship was completely unorthodox, it worked for them. Or at leat it seeomed to... until the lizard folk would disappear on her and she would be left all alone once again....

Although on the surface, Zerillia seems like an unwavering optimist, bubbling with enthusiasm and cheer, there does lurk darker emotions due to a low self-esteem, but these will rarely show themselves as others will always come before herself.

So, as she has been doing for years, she still wanders the forests and the like, making friends with those who can seem to stand her incredibly energy and absent-minded mannerisms while she searches for some item or another, or most often her home.
