Appearance: Refa is relatively short in size however her red, wavy hair reach down to her butt. Her skin is rather pale and golden eyes sparkle like two morning stars. She wears short black dress with silver armor, yellow coat with black fur on sides, white stocking and long black boots with silver ornament.
However in real life she is completely different. She is short with bit tanned skin, green eyes and brown straight hair. Usually she is seen in her school uniform which is a blue and white dress and long brown strap boots.
In game Refa is very brave and fearless warrior. She is confident in her abilities and isn't afraid to take responsibility. Refa always protects her friends and will make any enemy regret that day when he/she crossed her path. She is also one of those rare players that managed to beat few bosses alone. Because of that she has gained quite few enemies in ACO, however she has gained valuable friends as well.
In real life however Reena is a complete opposite. She is very shy and in school, she speaks only when she has to. Because of this shyness many misunderstand Reena for the type of girl that doesn't like being around people although she actually would really like to gain some friends. Reena is quite hard-working and always studies hard for tests to gain good marks. Usually she is the one who has the top grades, that's why some of her classmates often ask her to show them her homework. Reena also likes video games and even though many of her classmates like them too, Reena never dares to say that she actually plays ACO.

Reena started playing ACO because it was her chance to become strong. She wanted to try to be confident and forget the fact that she has no friends. At beginning she didn't play ACO for long, but once Insitus Gear got time upgrade she started spending more and more time in the game. She fought many monsters and met many new people, but even though in game she was strong and confident, she still wouldn't let anyone close enough to be her friend. Reena is afraid that once she starts trusting people, she will be betrayed and bullied again, just like she was bullied in kindergarten.
Reena is the only child in family and her parents are constantly at work that's why she doesn't quite know how to speak to people and how to trust them. Although her family is quite wealthy and she can get whatever she wants, Reena still isn't happy and hates that her parents are always absent.
Once she got trapped in game, Refa got really worried. Although she loved this world, she was afraid to stay in it forever. Seeing other players panic, Refa managed to gather her courage and fight in order to return to real life. She made a promise to herself that one day she will free everyone in ACO, even if it costs her life.
