Personality
Bubs can often appear to be soft spoken and shy, but that's just a first impression. Upon second meeting, he is rather in your face. Almost loud, but really just is talkative without being irritably so. He enjoys giving a show for other's enjoyment, and loves making friends, though sometimes with his jumpy attitude, they all frighten off.


Equipment / Abilities


History
When he was young, his mother took ill, and so they moved from their polluted home. It was just his mother and himself, and so they took a nice, small place in Ponyville. Though they moved to clean air, she didn't seem to recover all that well, and eventually didn't make it. He spent a long time not laughing or smiling, and when he finally broke out, that's when he devoted himself to making sad ponies happy.
