Anja "Angel" Engel

Anja was a mechanic who realized she had more fun taking things apart (and blowing them up) than she did fixing. She now makes a living as a Saboteur for hire, mostly on the industrial level. i.e. production lines, delaying shipments

Anja has shoulder-length hair that she almost always keeps in a ponytail.  She has green eyes, and very pale skin because she rarely gets any sun. She tends to wear drab colors, or solid blacks because they are somewhat cheaper and they allow her to avoid notice when she needs to.  She wears tennis shoes for convenience, and cargo pants when she's on a job to hold her tools.  Anja generally wears T shirts, or tank tops (mostly covered with old band logos i.e. Led Zeppelin, Rush, Blue Oyster Cult and others), and has a tattoo on her left shoulder of a clockwork skull and crossbones (see avatar).

Anja is quiet by nature, tending to speak only when necessary.  When she does talk, she tends to be curt and to the point; she is often very blunt, since she doesn't bother to try to soften her verbal blows.  If something needs to be said, she'll say it, otherwise she's happy to keep quiet.  Anja doesn't like large social settings, and if forced into them, she will sulk either in a dark corner, or at the bar if there is one.  She is comfortable talking her friends, and especially her Girlfriend, Sasha.  She can be icy to strangers, but if you can get her to trust you, she'll open up a bit.  

Anja owns a mid 90's Volvo Station Wagon, and a specialized toolkit that allows her to get in, plant her explosives, and get out with out being seen.  It includes a lock pick, a set of wrenches, and everything she needs to rig a quick explosive.  While not a fighting expert, she knows enough to defend herself with whatever is available.

Anja was always a a tomboy.  She always took shop classes, and attended a 2 year trade school to be a mechanic.  But she still retained a somewhat juvenile love of breaking things, and especially blowing things up.  After doing some digging, she discovered a way to make some extra dough by doing just that.   She now takes jobs to sabotage a production line, or destroy research labs and other such things.  Anja never takes jobs that might result in someone dying; she will never cut break lines or plant a car bomb.
