Synopsis
Hearing of opportunity in “Griffonclaw” and weary of his hand to mouth lifestyle, he decided to take his chances... and maybe, get lost among the “crowd”.


Description

Evrend stands 5'4" and weighs approx 120 stones, un-equipped. His gray eyes are shadowed by his dirty blond hair and the dingy appearance of his white skin darkens them further. He is slim and lithe from varying degrees of hard work and lack of food.



Personality

Has serious trust issues and abandoned his faith since he left Serriz. He is diligent in his work, but not self sacrificing. Not one to charge into battle or be the first one to the task. Prefers to work alone, but is an able compatriot. Not the most jovial sort, it takes him some time to warm to company. Prefers a dark corner facing all entrances to a warm bed.



Equipment / Abilities

Evrend prefers light leather armor and a shortsword as his travel wear of choice. He has a leather sack that he carries over his shoulder, a tarnished dagger and a sling tied loosely at his belt.

Magic Type: Item Storage (subspace manipulation)

    • projectile re-direction (awareness): Manipulates the space around him to simultaneously store and re-direct a "known" projectile (like arrows and rocks, not animate beings or things bigger than a bread box)

    • ethereal pocket (2 at a time instant summon-current limit)total current cap:130 (inanimate/no will of it's own)

      • Snatch: Within 3 foot radius he can take a “known” object from any point in space (again, 3 ft) and transfer it to his hand. Must be able to hold it comfortably. (Inanimate, and as you might imagine, ganking a Zweihander is improbable depending on circumstances)

    • Inventory awareness (sight-based) with a single glance he knows approximately how much and what type of items you have on you at 100 paces. Within 20 he can describe it to you...

    • Major Feat: Store Light (only functional indoors) Steals all light from a given area whether natural or created magically. The light can then be released in a manner chosen as a blinding flash of light, or a beam of focused light capable of burning through organic materials or heating inorganic materials. After effects drain the caster of his magical ability for 15 minutes and physically fatigue him at 20 minutes until allowed to rest.



History

Born in the village of Serriz (Wastrine Foothills,North East), home to worshipers of a lesser known religion of Ssarrathis, the serpent guardian. After being found covered head to toe in his fathers blood with his dagger in his hand, he fled from town to town. He apprenticed where he could for food and shelter, and when he couldn't he resorted to less honorable means. Hearing of opportunity in “Griffonclaw” and weary of his hand to mouth lifestyle, he decided to take his chances... and maybe, get lost among the “crowd”.
